The only downside or something to be mindful of is Friday & Saturday nights until about 5 am it is quite noisey, you can hear the night clubs from the apartment and people in the street

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent stay at your property, Bellavista Dardignac 28 booked through your website. My reservation, made for €133 plus VAT, totalling €158.40, was marred by a series of unacceptable issues.
Upon arrival, my wife and I found ourselves in a predicament as we were informed that card payment was not accepted, despite our inquiries prior to arrival. This posed an unnecessary inconvenience, especially in a foreign country where we did not have immediate access to local currency.
Furthermore, the demand for cash payment by the landlord, particularly in the midst of other commitments and concerns, was highly unprofessional and caused unnecessary distress. The subsequent discrepancy in the amount demanded, contrary to the advertised price inclusive of VAT, only exacerbated the situation.
The state of the apartment itself was appalling. Persistent odors, malfunctioning doors and locks, including the front door, which appeared to have been tampered with previously, created an environment that was not only uncomfortable but also compromised our sense of safety and security.
The absence of basic amenities such as air conditioning further detracted from the quality of our stay, leaving us thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall experience. It is regrettable to note that the property fell far short of the standards one would expect, especially considering the price paid.
In addition to the grievances outlined above, I must insist on reimbursement for the overcharged amount of €6.40 and the subsequent inconvenience caused. The sudden alteration of prices on your website further raises concerns regarding transparency and integrity in your business practices.
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism, transparency, and quality of service, none of which were evident during my stay at Bellavista Dardignac 28.

On entering the apartment, there was a very strong smell of dog, which was quite overpowering even though the windows were open. Of course with the smell of dog were dog hairs on surfaces and floors and under the bed. Some people may not mind but, i think it should be stated in the description as there are many dog owners whom this would suit, however, there are many people who prefer not to have the experience for whatever reason. The apartmen is also in need of refurbishment or TLC.
