We had a good and cozy stay. The location was near the mall which is very convenient. I recommend this place.
It had everything we needed for a large group traveling together, clean and tidy.
The place was really warm, it look a long time for the aircons to cool down. No drinking water.

My kids really enjoy the pool, feel safe with 24/7 security, near the mall, fast food chains, grocery & bank which is very convenient. A nice & relaxing view from the unit. Good location👍! The host is very accommodating☺️.

I wish I had requested an electric fan in the living area or maybe, there's a fan available. Most of the time my kids stayed in the living area watching YouTube they felt uncomfortable. Overall, I'll recommend this to my family & friends.
Its location as it is near to everything and the view was stunning especially at night. The property can also accommodate large groups. We stay as a family and my family was comfortable during our stay. It has 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 toilet which is good for a large group or a family. We will definitely recommend this place to stay in Cebu. Thank you.
The room has a great view of Cebu. We loved it so much. Airconditioning was so cold. Complete utensils. We used it to cook. And the swimming pool view is georgous at night. Near jollibee and other restaurants as well.
Water leaks were observed from the aircon and the wall. We had to use the basin to catch and towels to catch the leaks. Good thing the view was so beautiful it distracted us. No electric fan.

I like the location .
No proper communication in between client and the agent . We've been waiting there too long in building to let us in but the check in time didn't follow key is not available and then after we got in the full washroom is leaking it is not comfy to use it. They mentioned to me it is leaking they said plumbing service is coming but didn't show up . It's so disgusting to use the washroom . Other than that unit is good but because of washroom I was Disappointed . Hope nextime client will not experience this I didn't have chance to complain because most of the time we are outside . Thanks anyway
The place is secured. The view is amazing
We found 6 cockroaches during our stay. 🤮 the advert is misleading saying that the place is group friendly but they charge per head. There was 5 plus one child but we didn’t feel comfortable at all. It felt like we were sardines because the place was too small. They locked the other room as they said that they would only open it if there were 7 or more guests. The living and dining rooms are way too hot because there’s no air condition. The whole unit needs updating. The toilets don’t flush properly
The apartment was only a taxi ride away for us to do some sight seeing .
On arrival there was a very strong smell of drains coming from under the kitchen sink and when we reported this we were woken early on our check out day for it to be looked at ! . Only 2 double beds had been made up even though on the booking we were 5 guests, the second bedroom was locked, meaning one guest had to sleep on the sofa with no bedding, only to be woken in the night with a cockroach on his back. Luckily we didn’t spend a lot time at the apartment as there wouldn’t have been e been room for 5 of us to sit down.
