Not appearing like safe place. Dirty and didn't accept online booking

Everything.
1) It is on highway and along with a restaurant and a bar. And the bar is not a decent bar, appearing like all local drunkards come there.
2) The entrance is via a restaurant. The restaurant is appearing like a godown and not for decent people.
3) There is no parking. You have to park on the side road in from t of the hotel.
4) Once arrived, they told they wont accept online booking. They asked me to pay 2200 for AC and 1700 for non AC room.
5) It is appearing like a totally unsecured place to stay for a night.
