Podívejte se po jiném, nedoporučuji, pokud nezlepší služby nebo nesníží výrazně ceny.
Cons:

V domě probíhá rekonstrukce, všude nepořádek, hluk od dělníků. První den nešla klimatizace - topení, na pokoji byla velká zima. Ačkoliv píše, že ubytování má balkon - ikona se slunečníkem a židličkami, tak je to spíše francouzské okno. Balkon měl rozměr na hloubku pouze 40cm a celý den tam nejde vůbec slunce. Ubytování nevystavilo doposud doklad. V Calafell nejsem poprvé a je to nejhorší, kde jsem zatím bydlel.

La limpieza ha fallado. La cama tenía pelos e incluso gominola de pelos dentro de la cama. Pelos en la ducha, congelador sucio y algún detalle más. En general, hace falta mejor estándar de limpieza.

Patika tas, ka pludmale un jūra ir tuvu. Ļoti ērti un saprotoši iereģistrēties, viss tiek paskaidrots un laicīgi atbildēts.

Nepatika, dzīvokļa tīrība. Skapī vecs, slapjš mops no kura nāk pelējuma mitruma smaka. Tieši tàpat virtuvē, lupatiņas un trauku švammīte smird. Roku dvieļu trūkums. Un dvieļu trūkums vispār. Viens lielais un viens mazais dvielis uz nedēļu, tas ir daudz daudz par maz. Lejā ir gan veļas mašīnas, bet nekas jau nekalst tik ātri. Vèl ļoti neapmierināti bijām ar to, ka 3 darba dienas no 8.30 - 17.30 strādnieki lauza blakus dzīvokļus un strādāja ar perfaratoru. Numuriņā uzturēties nevarēja, kur nu vēl pagulēt. Mēs tomēr atbraucām atpūsties un gribèjàm ilgāk pagulēt, vai paēst pusdienas. Troksnis diezgan apnicīgs. Par šo neviens nebrīdināja. Jo varu pieprasīt kompensāciju.

Appartement bien placé pour la plage par contre compliqué à se garer.

La proximité avec la plage

Cons:

Logement contre l’ascenseur et l’escalier donc assez bruyant… et un manque de vaisselle comme par exemple nous n’avions qu’une tasse à café et pas de bol. I
