Cons:

I stayed a total of 7 nights in two different rooms. My first impression was good. However, in the first room, the window handle was broken, and there was a cracked wall, the cement debris fell into a cup, which I accidentally drank from at night.
In the second room, there were broken tiles and a leaning sink.

clean, beautiful hotel and very affordable

Cons:

iron area. no provide clothing rack. i need to iron one cloth then go back to room and go to iron area back to iron second cloth.

Please improve
Pros:

The room is comfortable

Cons:

The staff / management didnt take a good care of loud voice in the middle of the night. The sounds go too long and it disturbs my sleep. The loud voices are in the receptionist area. But the staff didn't manage to take good care of it. Please do better.
