Good bed
Everything was fine
Clean
The water n the shower was hot. Bed was fairly comfortable. Check-in and out was easy.
The door was very hard to open and close. The entrance to the room was very wet from something dripping upstairs. Very slick and gross. The provided soap for shower was crappy and hard to open: i had to use my pocket knife to open them, tho i guess if i was in the shower, the label might have fallen off after a minute or so. Shampoo was fine. The shower curtain was hung backwards: the frilly part was inside the shower and was not so clean. The TV was a flatscreen as advertized, but had no signal even after reporting it to manager. He said someone would come by to check it, but never did. It was a cheap room, but it could have been so much better for a little attention to detail. The pillow provided was too thin and my neck was very stiff the next morning. When parking my car before first entering the room, some people on other side of fence, waiting for the lical bus told me the place had bed bugs, and all the old beds etc were stacked up near my room reminiscent of the Castaway motel in Reno where i spent three months paid by charity to keep us from being homeless. That place was full of roaches (American) and other bugs but we made do and shortly after, the Castaway was demolished.
One last thing, the speed bumps at the gate were excessively tall, it was hard to get over them without crashing into the gate when leaving to get the gate to open.
Nothing horrid hotel.
Ended booking a different hotel due to the fact it was digusting very unclean and unmaintenced and there were safety hazards. They also promised me my 102 dollars for a refund back but they did give it back to me.
The toilet was stopped up I observed two used condoms and a wad of toilet paper apparently it had not been flushed from the previous tenant it is surprising housekeeping didn't bother to flush as there was toilet paper in the toilet. The picture included shows the two condoms and toilet paper as well. The nozzle for the bathtub was hanging off I had to push it and hold it as I turned it hoping it wouldn't break The shower head shot out water like a fire hydrant. The bathtub and the commode were dirty. I'm not sure if that's blood or paint on the commode but I didn't use the commode anyway. Luckily I was only in this room for one night but I had made a reservation a full weekend advance and asked for a specific room apparently this complex didn't want to honor my request yet they put me in the same room during my last visit. All this the first day I woke up checked my phone and found a notification from booking to rate I walked into the bathroom to take pictures and found the bug crawling on the wall that is one of the four pictures I took. I will not be coming back to this property again I Will pay a little more elsewhere and I paid just over $100 for this experience
It was right by the freeway
People were really loud alllllll night
The fact that it had a gated parking lot.
There was hookers, drug dealers, and the place was under construction. There was a domestic fight next door that kept me from sleeping
I didn't like that when I got my room they gave me a room that was already booked and someone was in it and then when I asked for my refund they didn't want to give it to me there was alot of unsafe things all around me it was not comfortable
Only thing good was the sturdy bed.
Dirty. Stains on the floor. Burnt holes in the curtain. No phone to call the front desk. Received a parking violation for being reversed in parking space.
Nothing apart from staff who were nice and helpful.
The sheets weren’t clean, the door wasn’t closing completely, there was so much noise from other rooms and people walking and smocking in front of our room. The room was non-smocking, yet we could barely breath from discussing smell in the room. We felt as we were sleeping on the street from noise. The price in the website was 68$ per night but we end up paying over 100$ per night for that garbage room.
Staff are great
Nothing bed bugs no towels due to the fact was told by management there wasn't enough. The bathtub had either mold or mildew growing in the corners an then check out isn't tell 11 but they were knocking at my door at 945 asking if we're staying over if not we need to start getting ready to check out. (Thought this was a hotel not a book camp why the hell you knocking on my door an hour an fifteen mins before check out)
