the only advice from my side is - stay away from this pathetic place and not lose peace of your mind
Pros:

This is possibly the worst hotel near Varanasi airport, and a trap for potential travellers.
The rooms stick. They are very small. There are no proper beds. The bathroom is horrible, with no proper sanitation provided.

Cons:

For the price we paid, a 2* facility would have provided way better facilities that this place. It is a stinky place and every sensible traveler should avoid going there. I wonder how it was rated a 4* place on booking.com unless some unfair means were applied.
