Phòng rất dơ, bụi bám đầy, mạng nhện giăng khắp lối, tàn thuốc lá đầy cửa sổ, bám bụi, đầu lọc nằm góc tường, toilet hư hỏng, cái gắn vòi sen, cái giẻ lau chân, cái móc đồ trong toilet cũng k có
Ghế thì rất dơ, lên nước cốt lun, mà có vít bên dưới, ngồi đâm đít cm
Nước nóng lúc có lúc k, phòng đôi mà k có sẵn dc 2 đôi dép, phải đi xin 😑

A terrible experience
Cons:

The toilet in our room was not working. I informed the reception in the morning and waited until the evening but they did not care to fix the toilet. I asked again to fix the toilet or change the room but they did not accept and I had to stay with my family in a room without a toilet.
