The hotel was nice, the area a bit sketchy. However only the indoor pool was available, which was a bummer.

Für ein paar Nächte akzeptabel, jedoch nichts Außergewöhnliches. Auch das Essen im Restaurant konnte nicht überzeugen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und bot ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Ich kann allerdings nur das Familienzimmer bewerten – ob es bei den Doppelzimmern genauso ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht besonders optimal, allerdings kann man sich in Vietnam sehr günstig mit Grab fortbewegen. Was mir persönlich nicht gefallen hat: Ich habe zunächst ein anderes Zimmer als das gebuchte erhalten. Ich hatte extra ein Familienzimmer mit Blick auf die Ha-Long-Bucht gebucht und auch entsprechend mehr bezahlt, bekam jedoch zunächst ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick. Nach meiner Beschwerde habe ich dann das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten. An der Hygiene sowie an der Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption besteht noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Cons:

Zwembad was dicht. Spa extra kosten voor zowel sauna, ondank het zwembad dicht was geen compensatie gekregen. Daar wel om gevraagd. We konden niet de boeking annuleren, omdat we al hadden betaald.

早餐選擇多樣，環境乾淨，面海房型可以看到下龍灣全貌，隔音良好，雖然這次有些突發狀況，但還是謝謝工作人員排解，推薦給那些不想住在郵輪上的旅客。

Pros:

ห้องใหญ่มากกกก ห้องใหม่ สะอาด แถมมีอ่างด้วย น้ำแรงดี แอร์เย็น อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างหลากหลาย ถือว่าคุ้มราคามาก แนะนำครับ

Cons:

รอบข้างไม่ค่อยมีร้านค้า หรือร้านอาหารในระยะที่เดินถึง ต้องมีรถส่วนตัวเท่านั้น

Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment à la hauteur de la réputation de la chaîne Radisson. Très bien équipé, propre, staff très efficace et très attentionné. Très bon petit déjeuner varié et complet.

Cons:

La piscine extérieure était fermée (travaux ou rénovation) et j’avoue avoir juste choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine extérieur.

Fantastico hotel moderno con vista meravigliosa sulla baia dal balconcino del bagno.
Camera pulitissima, grandissima e ben equipaggiata, bagno grandissimo e moderno.
Non male anche il ristorante interno.
