Pros:

Хороший номер, чисто. Отличный завтрак. Вкусная еда. Теплый бассейн. Классный сотрудник в зоне бассейна.

Cons:

Взяли депозит 2 000000, не предупредив об этом заранее. Повезло,что хватило налички. Не хватило сладостей на завтраке. К сожалению бассейн открытый не работает, а так все прошло хорошо

An amazing hotel and a great spot to base yourself in Halong Bay.
Pros:

The room was stunning. With a view of the bay, comfortable bed and spacious room, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing. But the breakfast buffet was the highlight! We would stay again just for the breakfast experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the area.

Opulent and excellent
Pros:

This hotel was fantastic and opulent in all aspects. Check-in was easy, we had an executive room with lounge access. Our room was out of this world -so spacious and the water views were amazing. The breakfast was exceptional with so many choices for fussy eaters and the lift/elevator system was next level- I've never experienced this elevator system before. Access to lounge was amazing value, 2pm to 6pm drinks and snacks. I would recommend this hotel if visiting halong bay. A nice walk to shops and restaurants.

Pros:

Отель топ уровня. Все невероятно божественно красиво начиная с холла. Видно отель новый, блестит и сверкает. Крытый бассейн отдельное удовольствие, мы были зимой и на улице было достаточно прохладно, теплый бассейн внес в наш отдых отдельное наслаждение. Ресторан тоже на высшем уровне. Но самое главное это персонал. Весь персонал самым лучшим образом заботиться о каждом моменте вашего пребывания. На рецепшн нам очень помогал сотрудник, но к сожалению не запомнила его имя, возможно Mike. Он помог нам не только в самом комфортном проживании, но так же помог с организацией пребывания на яхте, с организацией такси до Ханоя. И даже после нашего чек аута писал на вацап и интересовался, все ли у нас хорошо. Такой уровень сервиса конечно очень редко можно встретить. Мне очень бы хотелось вернуться в халонг только для посещения этого отеля еще раз. Большое спасибо за высокий сервис и качество!
