Exceptional stay with opulent room
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic spacious room with every amenity needed - hairdryer , dressing table with mirror , gorgeous big bath, comfy spacious bed with different pillow choices
The heated pool was lovely as was the generous breakfast and friendly helpful staff
Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Ha Long Bay - simply exceptional

Pros:

Exceptional high quality hotel, value for money, perfect location. Here for a wedding on Vinpearl, but I'd stay at Radisson again given the option.

Cons:

Hope the pool will be back in play soon, and the mini bar could have been better stocked. But very minor details.

Pros:

Tour était parfait, chambre très propre et hôtel calme car bonne isolation des murs je pense (rare en Asie). Piscine chauffée avec superbe vue. Personnel au top. Buffet avec large choix. Devant l entrée de l hôtel à l extérieur, il y à un bassin de carpes Koi magnifiques. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir
