Lokacija je u samom centru grada.
Pomalo čudan smještaj jer sudeći po ulazu, bio je neki poslovni prostor, bar ili nešto tako ali svakako prelijep, kao na slikama.

Hele aardige en flexibele host!
I guess the most important factor for the Holiday rentals is the host, and in this case, Marisa was fantastic. She tried tirelessly to make sure that we had a great night at Ghent.
The property itself is very close to the train station and the city centre, which is a huge plus; it is well equipped, well maintained , beautifully decorated and very clean.
I don't think this is host's problem but the property is very very close to the main road, so you can hear people walking by whilst talking, cars driving by, police cars etc and that could be an issue for shallow sleeper like me that I couldn't sleep at all that single night. The next morning I found out some earplugs were available at the property, I wish I knew that.
The property also does not have aircon nor a fan and that could be problematic in a hot summer nights like the one that we spent there.

The apartment is nice and cozy, very well equipped and contains everything for a comfortable stay and even more. Host is exceptionally hospitable and very helpful. All our inquiries were fulfilled and the lady even helped us with her car to move our heavy suitcases. The location is truly nice, close to the city centre, but not so busy. Also it is easily reachable from the train station.
It was a very nice, clean apartament with really best location, very close to the city Centre. Very friendly and helpful owner. It was very good facilitaded with all what is necessary (towels, Bath cosmetics, fridge, microvawe, cups, wine glasses, etc.) very close the public parking underground!!!! All was Great!
In the Winter it is a bit cold, but very cosy- just take some warm clothes and will be Perfect !

Don't be shocked to find out that this place was clearly once a service facility or shop. Expect the front of the place to have the shop windows still, ceiling to the floor, now covered with heavy curtains, no solid walls. The curtains don't block the noises and the street is quite busy. In the back, there is a peculiar locked door, you can hear passersby clearly through the paper thin wall. This setup made me feel exposed. I also really needed my earplugs as a light sleeper.
