No Wi-fi, No TV in some rooms and no micro wave or Frig. All of these things should be in every room and the place would get a much higher rating

This locations staff firstly said they do not use booking.com for reservations, then proceeded to inform me that I should not stay at this hotel. She said this hotel is not for out-of-town people. Im not sure what this all means but given the area and the people roaming around, maybe this is a rent-by-the-hour type hotel. The manager was called about the reservation and she was able to find our reservation but was more than happy to request a refund so we could find another place to stay... Very strange behavior.

The room was dirty, even a hole in the bedsheet. The furniture was old and broken. There was tape wrapped around a nightstand. Inside the microwave cabinet there was a broken cigarette. And much more…….

Location was ok, but the facility was partially section 8 housing. People living in the parking lot behind the dumpster. Filthy room. Bed sheets had not been replaced and had dirty shoe prints in the middle of the bed. Towels were filthy and appeared to be unchanged from previous guest visit. I asked for new towels and just got laughs. TV didn’t work. Furniture was worn and sticky. This place should be condemned by the board of health. I have traveled the world. Third world countries would have been embarrassed to offer this room. Owners should be investigated.

Prix

Blood on the walls and curtains. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was urine all over the toilet and floor. There was a large piece of dog feces right inside the front door. When I asked the front desk if the housekeeper could come and clean my room because the refrigerator and microwave were dirty and there was urine all over the bathroom floor he said I'll ask him but I don't know if he'll do it

It was dirty and disgusting. Rooms smelt like stale cigarette smoke. The floors were filthy and the bed sheets were dirty and smelt moldy. Fire alarm didn't have a battery in it. 1 towel. Had a VERY bad vibe. Had nightmares all night cause it just didn't feel right. Trash pilled up outside. Pool was green and smelt bad.

This place could use a deep clean. Mystery stains on the walls, ironing board has mold. Towels smelled clean, but looked worn out and stained. No washcloths. The lid to the back of the toilet was cracked into multiple pieces Curtains would not fully close, so anyone could see into your room and watch you. Bed was rickety, and pillows were so thin as to be non-existent. The outside was in a similar state: pool was an alarming shade of green, the whole place appearing run down and in need of repair. Other guests did not appear to be living their best lives; several noisy and nosy people, one guest screaming profanity loudly at anyone who walked nearby, and pretty sure I saw a drug deal go down.

That there was no towels or toiletries in the room.the refrigerator had moldy food still in there the TV did not work and the room smelled of mold and cigarettes. The staff did what they could to keep me happy. My dad almost fell in the shower to

It was the dirtiest room I have ever seen! I have owned two motels and stayed in many in my seventy eight years. The floors were dirty, and the linen was too. The tv service was next to nothing. Needless to say I only spent one night there. Went somewhere else the next night. I also would like to request a refund for the second nights reservation.

Nothing worked in 2 rooms. TV and cable, tub faucet, no fridge, beds were ok and air conditioning worked.
A shame because the people are great, xlnt location. Could be a top quality place.
The owner must be a tight wad mooch.
That much potential and a great staff of people, just a shame.

Location

The mattress was in plastic wrapping. There were no trash cans in the room at all. People were outside our door fighting from 10pm until the Redding police department and SWAT team showed up around 2am for a problem on the other side of the motel for room 203.
