Top Lage und Aussicht, sehr enge Platzverhältnisse, unvollständige Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Lage oberhalb der Bahnstation Grindelwald Grund ist optimal für den Transfer ins Skigebiet. Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Eigernordwand. Es ist nicht weit zur Bahnstation und auch zur Drehscheibe "Terminal" mit direkter Verbindung nach Lauterbrunnen, Männlichen und Eigergletscher/Jungfraujoch. Ziemlich grosse Distanz zum Ortszentrum.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Check-in und Check-out waren sehr einfach (Checkliste per Mail).

Cons:

Die Platzverhältnisse im Appartement waren inakzeptabel - Abmessungen Dusche inkl. Duschwanne ca. 80cm x 220cm. Ständig stösst man sich irgendwo an. Zum Schlafraum gelangt man über eine sehr schmale, steile "Hühnertreppe". Wegen der Dachschräge und der niederen Deckenhöhe stösst man sich den Kopf beim Aufstehen und Zubettgehen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist nicht für richtiges Kochen ausgelegt, wichtige Utensilien fehlen, z.B. auch Geschirrspüler. Es hatte keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur einen Garderobenständer. Die Matratzen waren dünn und sehr unbequem. Kein Kabelnetz-TV mit öffentlichen Sendern, sondern nur Internet-TV mit 1000 unnützen Privatsendern. Vor Ort keine Unterlagen zum Ort, zur Infrastruktur, zum ÖV etc. verfügbar (z.B. Anleitung TV, ÖV-Fahrpläne etc.). Insgesamt schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Gemütliches, kleine Appartement
Pros:

Wenn in Grindelwald-Grund Schnee liegt, läuft man in nur 5min nur Piste. Falls kein Schnee läge, stellen wir uns den Weg zum Terminal mit Skiern eher beschwerlich vor (liegt an einer steilen Straße).

Cons:

In der Beschreibung ist ein Skiraum angegeben, es ist allerdings nur eine Waschküche ohne Skiständer, Bank etc. und lässt sich deshalb kaum als Skiraum bezeichnen.

Pros:

Très bel appartement, propre et bien décoré. Proche de la station de train et de la fin de piste.

Cons:

Dépôt de garantie de 500.- CHF par appartement à faire + plusieurs mails annonçants déjà avant l’arrivée que des frais de 100-150.- seraient déduits si l’appartement n’était pas rendu dans la façon souhaitée (vaisselle lavée, poubelle sortie, cuisine propre etc.).

Our experience was below expectations. Unfortunately, the bedsheet was not clean and there was an unpleasant smell. The listing mentioned ironing facilities, but we couldn’t find any. When we asked about it, we were told they were in the facilities room, but all the cabinets there were locked and couldn’t be accessed. Compared to our previous stay at another property in Grindelwald, the price here felt quite high for the quality and service provided.

Locatie en parkeerplaats prima. Alles was goed schoon.

Cons:

Het "appartement" was meer een kleine hotelkamer met een keukentje. Het is erg gehorig. Je hoort steeds de deuren hard dichtvallen. Lukt bijna niet om dit stil te doen, vooral de entree. Dit is vervelend. Matras is aan vervanging toe. De badkamer was zo klein dat haren fohnen niet lukt met de deur dicht. Badkamer is oncomfortabel klein. De stoeltjes op het terras zien er leuk uit, maar na een hele dag op pad zitten ze erg oncomfortabel.

Pros:

Everything was lovely about the place.good facilities, very clean great location near to Grindlewald Terminal station.To top it off the view of the Eiger mountain from our balcony was amazing.

Cons:

The only small issue for us was a little poor communication with the host. Also the exact position of the place was a little misleading. Should be made clear its near Grindlewald Terminal not Grindlewald itself. This however should not put anyone off from staying here as we would highly recommend it.

Gezellig dorp met veel mogelijkheden voor allerlei activiteiten.

De plek en het uitzicht.

Cons:

Het was allemaal wel erg krap, vooral het wasbakken in de douche. Je kon er je tanden nauwelijks in poetsen dan zat je met je hoofd tegen de spiegel.
