Disaster
Pros:

This property is a total scam. These are some abandoned row houses that nobody considered worth buying ,so these group of thugs have started renting them out as a "homestay".
Clearly poor standards overall, basic like locks in door malfunctioning to no basic availability of food in the soo called canteen, to dirty toilets to poorly trained/untrained staff.
The most disappointing bit of the experience was that when I tried to hurriedly checkout after seeing the condition of the rooms and the astonishingly eerie location of the property , the manager / receptionist Mr Sanjay was no where to be found leave answering the call.
Got locked and stayed stuck in the room too for good an hour and. A half as non one would be there to answer the call.

Burn your money but don't even consider staying here.

Poor platform service from bookings.com and poor services offered at the villa.
Pros:

Only structure of the villa was good rest facilities were very poor. tea making machine was not clean. Even the kitchen utensiles not clean. No induction or stove was available

Cons:

Bookings.com gave wrong information while booking. Showed swimming pools 4 which were in common but in actual it was private. Pathetic from bookings.com there we had to switch to 4 bhk villa and pay 2k extra.
Kitchen utensiles not available. Not washed. Electricity issues

Everything… Cleanliness… Frogs lizards and bugs in rooms
No internet connectivity
Vodafone and Airtel no connectivity
Rooms don’t have intercom hence no way to reach out to staff . Cell phone cannot be used as no connectivity available

Food packaging in plastic containers no serving bowls used
No credit card facilities

Don't waste your trip and money at this moment as they are still building.
Pros:

Only the rooms were nice but not as per the pictures shared

Cons:

No facilities and amenities, broken door handles, food was not nice, no options just few things available, calling the staff for anything was a Hassel as there was no intercom in the room.
