Pros:

Location near lake is perfect. All shops and malls are very close to apartments. Bathroom are amazing!

Cons:

High humidity and wet. Clothes became always little bit wet in the room.

Cons:

After 9 days in Vietnam, this was by far the worst accommodation we stayed at. We booked the room mainly because it had a washing machine, but we ended up not using it because the detergent compartments were full of mold. Also, the room was extremely dirty. The only cleaning they seem to do is changing the bed sheets.

Also, we paid by card and were charged extra because we ended up covering the transaction fee ourselves. This did not happen at any of the previous accommodations we stayed at.

I’ve felt very confortable in this flat.
Pros:

i was there for two months and a half and the flat was very clean. the staff are very responsive. there’s a cleaning lady who cleans the flat 3 times per week.

Cons:

the wifi was horrible !!!!

Very good
Pros:

Good location and good use of space with elevated bed area, large wardrobe, kitchen and bathroom. I couldn't get the aircon to work and had trouble understanding the self check-in, but got help via WhatsApp. Price is good, so probably again soon.

Pros:

Staff and location were great. Takes 1 min to a nice Japanese grocery store. Lots of cafes around the area, also. The room was spacious enough for 1 person and bed was very comfortable.

The apartment is bigger than you would expect.
Pros:

The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I liked that it was away from the usual tourist hotspots and there is a great little bakery nearby. There is a supermarket that is conveniently close by.

Cons:

It was difficult for grab drivers/riders to find the apartment at times, but otherwise not a big deal.
