Gần trung tâm

Cons:

Tôi đến lúc 2.00 trưa nhưng chưa được nhận phòng khi buổi chiều nhận phòng thì phòng còn ướt đi dễ bị trơn trượt té. Buổi sáng không có nước nóng mặc dù xả nước rất lâu

Decent hotel
Pros:

Hotel is nice, room was big and clean.

Cons:

Staff didn’t speak any English, but tried their best to help us via google translate, which was appreciated. The bed was hard and had plastic underneath sheet, which wasn’t very nice to sleep on. We left a day early, as Cao Lanh just isn’t used to tourists and we felt very out of place there. Got yelled at several times walking down the street and overall just not a great experience. No fault to the hotel though, it was decent and they helped us leave early.

Pros:

The staff was a great help for organising transportation, trips and other services. Staff even speaks some English or can communicate clearly using translation app.
The hotel is very new and everything is spotless.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and supportive when we were organizing our travel plans. They also had recommendations on where to eat and we enjoyed the welcome drink.

Cons:

According to the booking confirmation the room had a balcony and a bathtub. This seems to have been a misunderstanding - rooms only have a balcony or a bathtub. We thought we were getting both but ended up having to decide.
