I was glad to leave this horrible room.
Pros:

The price was good and its location was in a prized spot but those were the only positive things i can say.

Cons:

The room was smelly and the facilities were outdated and rusty. I have video. The ceiling was peeling, the sink had rust and ragged spots. The shower curtains were dirty. I went to the store and brought Lysol, Pine-sol, and Clorox wipes. The TV did not work. I felt unsafe because it appeared that families were living in one section of the hotel. If could have found another room in Orangeburg that night, I would have left. I sat up in the chair to sleep. I have stayed in this hotel before and it was not like this. This was deplorable. Maybe it was just my room #140. I could not with good conscious refer ANYONE to lodge there

Don’t do it
Pros:

Pulling up to the hotel, my friend and I both said oh no. The outside looks like it had been forgotten. There were mattresses lined up behind the hotel like a ton of them… Soon as we got out of the car, we noticed a used condom on the floor. We were just hoping we didn’t die

The only good thing was the price - but for this "hotel" in that condition even too much.

Cockroaches in the room, dirty surrounding - absolutely nothing good to say about this facility.

Pros:

Clean but dripping faucet.
I wish the clerk had mentioned to turn on the A/C in the room and if there was wifi (I forgot to ask if there was a password).
But otherwise, I slept well.

Pros:

Staff was nice and attentive, but rooms could have been cleaned better but i would not say they were dirty. I still feel it was worth what I paid for.
