Reception is very helpful and nice. Everyone speaks english very good which is not that popular. Free laundry is a huge plus. Very clean and new space with a perfect location to go around the city (almost - mentioned in cons section). Highly recommend +++. I would visit this place again.
Entrance to the hotel is through some dumpsters area with cockroaches and a bad smell. Taxis (even driven by locals) have quite a big issue with finding this place.
The staff is nice. He had difficulty in English but he did his best. We used translations app, it helped us a lot. We really appreciate his calm and kind attitudes.
Since the hotel is located in the back side of the big roads. It was quiet.
The shower is enough hot and strong. The room was clean.
We were lucky that our neighbours are quiet but basically no sound insulation is expected.

The bathroom is design poorly
The bed is very comfortable. It feels like a mini apartment ( no tv). The staff is very nice.
On Fridays the bar across plays live music which you can hear from your room. It stops around 10PM. The location is very close to the airport. Good if you have an early flight but not good at all if you are staying for a few days and want to be close to the action. We had to take a car into district 3 or 5 which was unfortunate.

We checked in late (close to midnight) and they were still very accomodating. The staff know english, and are extremely friendly, especially the gentleman on night duty.
There are washing machines and dryers which was very convenient.
