Plenty.
1. The room wasnt clean.
2. Curton was hanging at one end as it looked like the bar was broken. One room boy came in and tied that end with a rope so the curtain can stay safe without falling down.
3. A/C was leaking water in the bedroom and water everywhere. Again, had to get a room boy come in and do some tinkering for the leak to stop
4. Bath towels (all of them) had some mud dot marks here or there. It was disgusting to use them.
5. The bathroom had a open hole in the wall (it looks like the exhaust fan stayed there before). We requested the team to fix a fan or close it. They said yes, but it wasn't done till the date we left
6. Worst of all, we used to get a strong cigarette-smoking smell in the room, especially in the evening. We think, the smell was coming in through the open hole in the bathroom, as all the bathroom exhaust is facing to the same area and someone in the building smoking in the bathroom at that time. We complained about this, but nothing happened.
7. First day, the internet was shaky. None of our devices could connect to it. Not even the TVs in the room. Again, had to complain many times, and at one point had to raise the voice a bit to get that resolved.
8. TVs had a set top box connected to them but all those subscriptions were expired. When asked, they mentioned who use set top box now a days.

Overall, it was not even close to what we expected for the amount we paid. In no way, it can be rated as a 4-start stay. While the property itself was good - big rooms, good entertainment area etc - it is horribly managed.

There was nothing to like. I will find my messages ro Booking.com and copy and paste them in an email. Verybdiaappointed. Best thing was the view from our room but paid big buxks for it.

There’s nothing significant to dislike, but some minor improvements in facilities could enhance the experience.

No Wi-Fi connection properly on 2nd floor, insects in the bathroom, breakfast times were given was wrong timing.

Felt that I wasn't treated well by the receptionist as I was a local, I was allocated a room across the pool and there was no shade from the rain or umbrella was provided, I had walk that distance getting soaked. when I asked if I could have a room in the main building, I was told that this is what you get for the money paid.
A bit disappointed as I work in hospitality.

No indoor parking space. Photos are misleading. Room size is too small. Need to improve a lot for a 4 star property.

Location, what's in the website and reality is different and room is not too comfortable

Rat faeces appearing and reappearing in the shower room and bedroom. Asked for more toilet roll on two occasions, it never came so we had to raid the communal toilets which never got resupplied during our stay either. The wooden cabin rooms by the pool look great from the outside, but the walls are perhaps 1.5cm thick with gaps, so we were an unwilling audience to EVERY sound neighbours made. It didn't affect us, but as it is not mentioned on their site they are opening a techno club within the hotel. Great if you like that, not so much if you like sleep more.
