Pros:

It was incredible service, the buffet breakfast it has been one of the greatest one that my family and I have been to. They have the cutest parrot in the entrance and the views are incredible, 100% I recommend.

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about, great service, great room, all the utilities needed, maybe just parking would have been nice but the parking anywhere doesnt cost you more that 14 CHF in the town for a full day and the town is small so you can walk everywhere.

Un accueil exceptionnel et un emplacement imbattable !

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique ! L'accueil a été incroyablement chaleureux et la gérante est d'une gentillesse rare. Elle communique sans aucun problème en français, allemand et anglais, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été proactivement conseillés sur les activités de la station et les meilleures adresses gastronomiques. Nous avons même reçu un bon de réduction de 15 % pour les bains thermaux ! Cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre très confortable avec une vue magnifique.
L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal : en plein centre, à moins de 5 minutes à pied d'une dizaine de restaurants, de bars et des bains thermaux. Une expérience parfaite que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour ce superbe accueil !

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay—one of the best we’ve ever had. The privatized spa experience was also fantastic. Thank you for your kindness and genuine care in making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.

If we had to mention a small point, the pillow wasn’t perfectly suited to our preference—but that’s very personal.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Appartement sehr geräumig und wie auf den Bildern. Ich fühlte mich wohl.
Schön ist, dass man trotz der Küche auf Wunsch mit Frühstück buchen kann. Dieses war sehr reichhaltig und schön präsentiert. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist weiterzuempfehlen. Würde sie bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt wieder buchen.
