An exceptional stay with outstanding service!
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and Convention Center in Riyadh Minhal. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located.

What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding team. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Huda and Mr. Bassam, as well as every single member of the staff without exception. They all went out of their way to make this stay — and my previous one — truly memorable. Everyone smiles at this hotel, creating such a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. It felt like staying with family. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

The breakerfast had multi cousine selection,the food was tasty,the service was satisfactory

Cons:

The booking was for Non Smoking,but they provide us Smoking room with very bad smell,I showed her my booking details with Non Smoking room confirmation,i don't like unnesessary arguement and accepted the available room with poor ventialtion .

اقمنا في سويت كان موقع الشطاف في دورة المياه غير مناسب في جهة اليسار من الكرسي وطلبنا تغيير السويت وغيروه لنا
