Fuimos atendidos con mucha calidad de servicio y es eso lo que más se aprecia siempre, solo dormimos en el lugar y lo que logré ver fue muy agradable , totalmente limpio y acogedor, cuando vuelva a huehuetenango seguro iré a hospedarme de nuevo alli

Calidad precio mal, demasiado ruido, no había ventilación y cuando se solicitó ventilador porque cerramos todas las ventanas por el ruido, me indicaron que quien me había ofrecido que no hubiera ruido, lógicamente uno busca descanso en un hotel

Ok for a short stay.
Pros:

It was a very cool old property, probably a family vacation resort at one time. Nicely landscaped, good breakfast, nice staff, quiet.

Cons:

Mold in the shower, stained towels, toilet ran on and on, very little ventilation, thin lumpy pillows.
The road google maps told us to take was difficult to find, and once found, was torn up for several blocks, necessitating a tour around town and several stops for verbal directions. It would have been nice to get a message with up to date directions from Booking or the Property, but nothing was offered by either. This caused additional stress and a very late arrival.
Once arrived, the property had no record of our non-refundable reservation through Booking. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful and eventually gave us a room.

A nice stop in Guatemala
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, great water pressure and a nice hot shower, the grounds and courtyard are beautiful, safe and secure parking
