Generally the stay was good

Cons:

One staff member I found on duty yhe night I checked in. Was rude to me and did not even bother to pick up my luggage. One time during the stay she accused me of bending the access code access card and not to keep in my bag. I had never carried the card. I always left it at the reception and every evening the person on duty would activate a different card and give it to me. Internet was unstable in some instances.

Fine for a pit stop in Nairobi
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and the room kept clean, staff do best and are friendly. There is no lift so carrying luggage up and down heavy.

Cons:

Transfer service from airport to hotel is expensive.

The rooms in the side of the road are extremely noisy since they are not noise proof it was very difficult to sleep with the cars and trucks passing all night
