L’accueil et le personnel

Cons:

La salle de bain n’était pas très propre, les équipements mériterait d’être changé ( barre de douche…)
Beaucoup de bruits à cause de travaux dans le voisinage. nous l’avons découvert qu’en entrant dans la chambre alors que l’hôtel le savait déjà. J’aurai aimé être mis au courant en amont.

Pros:

De kamer was super proper, het uitzicht was prachtig, het zwembad was zalig, elke dag nieuwe flesjes water. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Enige minpuntje was dat de rookmelder kleine licht flitsjes maakte. Maar eens je in slaap bent heb je daar geen last meer van.

Pros:

Sauber und ordentlich, alles da was man braucht. Fernseher, fußmassage, .. Haben sogar aufgrund Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus ein Upgrade bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Staff were available 24/7, swiftly assisted with every request and wanted to get to know our family during our stay. Our apartment was pristine with all the amenities required for a weeklong stay in Ho Chị Minh City.

Pros:

We're glad we stayed at Celine Living Hotel! The staff was super helpful and friendly and even gave us little gifts at the end of our stay. Our room was spacious and clean.
The location is great especially for first-timers since many important landmarks are within walking distance.
