Amazing customer service
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Celine Living - Central! The place is very clean, and the customer service is outstanding. It is not even far from the centre! Jun was very lovely and helpful. Thank you.

Wonderful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with great ammenities.
Pros:

The highlight of the property will have to be the staff, especially Jun! He was so lovely to chat with and was always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities included a mini kitchen, microwave and large fridge - very convenient for a long term stay! Should we have stayed any longer, we would have definitely used them.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Mimo braku śniadań kawa, herbata i inne napoje dostepne na miejsc. Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki i sprzątany pokój. Dosc blisko atrakcji w Ho Chi Minh

Trevligt mottagande från personalen, de var mycket hjälpsamma under hela vistelsen. Poolområdet på rooftop var jätte bra. Fanns tillgång till 2 st tvättmaskiner och torktumlare. Sängen var mycket bekväm. Bra daglig städning av rummet.

Cons:

Dålig utrustad kök. Vi ville iofs inte äta mer än frukost där, men det fanns inte ens en vass kniv (bara vanlig matkniv) eller skärbräde, så inte så lätt att ens skära upp lite frukt.

Stay away from this place and spend your money somewhere else.
Pros:

The hotel i situated near D1 and close to an area with good street food.

Cons:

We found pubic hairs and dirt spots on the toilet seat, construction work that disturbed our sleep, manipulative hotel manager and reluctant service. They told us that they only knew about the construction a few days ahead of our arrival. Other reviews prove different as the work was mentioned in a review posted 1 month ago, meaning the manager and staff lied to us. The receptionist was annoyed and reluctant when we asked for water and towels. The pool area was worn and dirty. A plastic surgery clinic is situated within the hotel making it impossible to ignore. Commercials for rhinoplasty everywhere. We felt very uncomfortable about that.

Pros:

The room were clean and nice, the beds very comfortable and the air-conditioning working well.
The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, you have a great view of the city and relax :)
I really liked the location because it is not directly in the "touristic downtown" therefore feels a little more local, and still easily walkable to all sights.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and speak quite good English!

Cons:

There could be a couple more kitchen utensils in the small kitchen that was in my room.

Hôtel sympathique bien situé.
Pros:

Belle chambre, pas très grande, mais propre. La piscine était un plus en fin de journée avec la chaleur et la frénésie de Saigon. Bonne localisation pour les principaux attraits du centre. Personnel sympathique et avenant.

Cons:

L’insonorisation entre les chambres nulle, heureusement les voisins n’étaient pas trop bruyants.

Excellent staff & wonderful facilities. Nothing was a problem!!
Pros:

The staff friendliness was wonderful and the room & roof top pool was a great rest from the onslaught on HCMC.

Cons:

A little out of the centre but it wasn’t really a problem as lots of eateries near by and Grab bikes are your new best friend!

Highly recommended accommodation
Pros:

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. A kind concierge helped us order special banh mi from a nearby stall. Although there were insufficient plates and nothing much to cook with, once I asked these were readily supplied. The rooftop saltwater pool is fabulous, and it is great having towels on hand. Very clean, and we weren't disturbed by building noises though were warned there is some happening. Rooms are serviced daily.
