It was great except for the non working toilet flush
Pros:

Nice and quiet with a lovely lake in front

Cons:

The toilet didn't flush properly. We had to boil kettles and pour which didn't feel very professional.

Réceptionniste très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Le repas du soir uniquement constitué de plats décongelés. Si c'est pour faire ça il vaudrait mieux ne pas proposer de demi pension.

Bon hôtel pour un week end sur Lille
Pros:

Chambre et salle de bain rénovées. Peu spacieuse mais suffisante. Parking payant qui pourrait être gratuit étant donné qu’il est dans une zone commerciale et non pas en centre ville. Bon accueil général avec un service de réception 24/24. Excellent petit dejeuner, c’est vraiment le point fort. Bon rapport qualité prix dans l’ensemble pour un séjour courte durée.

Cons:

Ménage très mal fait dans la salle de bain avec encore des poils de barbes dans le lavabo à notre arrivée. Et pas d’isolation entre les chambres et l’extérieur, c’est assez bruyant.

Pros:

Le personnel est super, tres aimable et accueillant.
La localisation est top

Cons:

L insonorisation des chambres est très mauvaise ce qui fait que vous entendais vos voisins de chambres comme si ils etaient dans la votre ainsi que les gens à l extérieur.
