Stayed for my daughter’s wedding weekend and myself and my family were made very welcome.

Highly recommend for a short stay in the area.
Pros:

The house was exceptional. Beautiful, quiet, the proprietors were so friendly and accommodating, there were comfortable places to spend time outside one's room. The room I had was simply outstanding. I booked the dinner they offered and it was a great meal. I had to leave early, so missed the breakfast. I loved everything about this place.

A good choice for central Paisley that met our needs.
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast, excellent location for our purpose.

Cons:

Nothing that caused us a problem. We knew before we went that there was no lift but one would have been nice after some of our long walks!

Going to the Coates? The Ashtree House is the place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent in very pleasant surroundings. The owners and the staff could not have been better. We were attending a wedding at the Coates Church and the hotel could not have been better placed as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Venue.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was excellent.

A lovely stay in a beautiful, central location
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful building with lots of character. The whiskey bar is very well stocked and the bar staff were very knowledgeable about the different brands. The bedrooms are well appointed with exceptionally comfortable beds and luxury bed linen.

Cons:

The water was not quite hot enough.

A very comfortable nights sleep and wonderful service.
Pros:

This is the 2nd stay at Ashtree House in Paisley. We stayed for just one night on each stay as we were working in the town centre. The hotel is quiet, despite being a 5 minute walk from the main centre.
The beds are incredibly comfortable and the bed linen is very clean and high quality. We didn't stay for breakfast or have dinner, but there is a fantastic whiskey bar and comfortable lounge. The lady that manages/owns the hotel is very kind and friendly - as well as being very knowledgeable about the vast selection of whiskeys in the bar!!
The room and en-suite bathroom was well appointed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers to Paisley.

Cons:

The hotel is a beautiful old building that naturally features many steps which may not be suitable for some guests.

Perfect verblijf
Pros:

Ontzettend aardige, betrokken en geïnteresseerde uitbuiters. De kamer was ruim, schoon en netjes. Het rook lekker in het hotel. Het hotel heeft een fijne sfeer, zit in een mooi pand en heeft karakter. Het ontbijt is goed en de locatie is goed.

Comfortable room and amazing staff
Pros:

A lovely little guest house with all the amenities and very close to the town centre. Was staying to attend a wedding round the corner and it was a perfect base. Room was huge, bed comfy and bathroom was spotless. Shower was excellent too. Also the hotel has free parking for guests which is great. Staff I spoke with were very hospitable and just generally very nice people. Would recommend and would stay again
