Pros:

Very clean, very nice, the owner is super friendly and accommodating. We were able to rent a motorbike from him. The room was clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros:

The room had everything we needed, spacious, a comfortable bed, very clean, nice bathroom. We were quite late arriving from our delayed train but were able to gain access no problem. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Recommended to stay here.

Low price bare bones stay, but inconvenient
Pros:

The rate is low but it is a very basic hotel, not a boutique

Cons:

There is no lift and the booking ad does not state this. They do not accept credit cards, but this was not stated up front. They did not have change for 1,000 B note, so I insisted they go to store to get change. They do not provide a receipt. This is all fine for local people who expect this, but it is inconvenient if you're a western travel. Would not recommend, no amenities and inconvenient. There's a hot water kettle, but no cups or tea or coffee packets. Bare bones stay!

Great Place to Consider if you are staying in Ratchaburi, Thailand
Pros:

Everything. I have stayed in 30+ hotels during my travels and this one had the best room so far. Large, comfortable, clean, large refrigerator, nice bathroom and shower... Everything was great with the room. Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Patchuburi

Cons:

My only suggestion would be to add an insta-pot to the room for boiled water to make coffee in the morning for convenience. One is downstairs for all guests, but having one in the room would be better.

Ok for a stopover in Ratchaburi
Pros:

Quiet, large and comfortable room.
7-Eleven only a short walk away.

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. Situated on the outskirts of town.
