Staff was helpful, contacted me through whatsapp, so, not having a turkish number was no issue. Asked to extend check-out time by 1 hour. They said OK instantly, it was on the house. Excellent staff, clean rooms, good location, good & tasty breakfast. I usually eat less in the morning so the size of the breakfast was perfect for me, might be small for other guests but I am sure they would be happy to oblige if you asked for a second round. Many thanks to Vahid in the reception. Good place, close to Metro which is one stop away from Taksim.

Location was ok
The people that "helps" with their whatsapp contact in fact doesn't give any help neither solve any problem. A big disappointment for someone that stayed before in this same hotel and expected a diferent and fair treatment. Will not repeat the experience.

The staff and facility is great!
اولاً تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي وسوولنا ترقيه مجانيه للغرفه مع شرفه واسعه وكبيره ، الغرفه نظيفه ، الريوق كان عباره عن صينيه لكن جميل اصناف متنوعه لكن مكرره
الفندق بعيد عن محطة المترو تقريباً مشي 10-15 دقيقه ، الغرفه مساحتها جداً ضيقه لكن تفي بالغرض
