Nice location, near restaurants, cafes, banks, church. A short walk to UPtown mall and Landers. Nice and friendly, helpf
Pros:

Location, staff professionalism and helpfulness, cleanliness.

Cons:

Towels and linens are a bit old and worn-out. AC in my room has that weird smell coming out.

A very enjoyable stay and attentive staff. Very affordable basic comfort.
Pros:

The property was centrally located in BGC. It was walking distance to uptown Mall and uptown Parade. There’s a Starbucks and 711 across the street as well as McDonald’s Burger King and Jollibee close by. I will be staying there again when I get back to Metro Manila.
