Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.

The price is excellent for what you get, and the location is very convenient. In terms of value, it easily beats many 4- and even 5-star hotels I've stayed at.

If you're looking for a luxurious resort where you'll spend the entire day, this may not be it. But if you need a comfortable, clean, and reliable home base while you explore the city all day and come back for a great night's rest, this hotel is perfect. Comfortable beds, peaceful sleep, outstanding service, and unbeatable value—We would definitely stay here again. My teens love it.

Pros:

The location of the hotel were 5 mins walk to uptown mall.

Cons:

The rooms were small. The aircon was very hot and u cannot control the temperature. Even u put it for 18 its still hot and my kids was not able to sleep comfortably.

Can definitely recommend!
Pros:

It was fantastic. I kept extending cause I did not want to leave. The staff is very nice at reception and the doormen are wonderful. Location is pretty good. Room, bed, towels, lobby all very clean and fresh!

Cons:

Nothing. All was positive!

Great stay…Excellent service!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Red Planet – The Fort. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Uptown Mall, as it’s just a short walk away. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the room was comfortable, and the bed made for a good night’s sleep.

What impressed me the most, however, was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in BGC.
