Very poor hotel
Pros:

Nothing we did not stay and had to pay for another hotel

Cons:

The stairs were not accessible, rooms and bathrooms very poor condition, toilet lid was broken, there was food left in the fridge and there was no one at the desk for help. One room only had a bath and no shower. We had to pay for another hotel and did not receive a reimbursement or an apology. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Une chambre quadruple pour le prix d une double...meme si on n etait que 2.

Cons:

- television sans les chaines cablees...uniquement netflix et youtube (si on a un compte, ce qui n etait pas le cas)
- le pommeau de douche etait cassé
- matelas pas top, mal de dos au reveil
- 3eme etage sans ascenseur... c est sport

Sehr zentrale Lage, freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommend, was die Aufbewahrung unserer Räder angeht.

Cons:

Frühstück wäre schön gewesen, aber das war nicht Teil des Angebotes und auch klar so deklariert.

Up on arrival, turned out booking app was not correct regarding the availability I booked. Staff had no responsibility in this yet they managed to fix the issue in a swift and very customer-friendly way. Kudos for them!
