L'hôtel n'est pas mal malgré certains désagréments

La situation de l'hôtel avec le tram à proximité. Chambre bien.

Cons:

L'ensemble d'une certaine déshumanisation et l'emprise de tous les aléas logistiques numériques en particulier un check in l'après-midi qui nous a privé d'une visite avec notre groupe. Très désagréable d'avoir une chambre au 2ème étage pour une personne de 91 ans !

The concierge expects all visitors to have internet at all times. We did not, & therefore had to mess around on arrival calling the concierge who was working from home.???
He'd emailed messages which we did not receive until we were in the room.
Perhaps, they should mention these important facts in the description of the property. At least customers would know what to expect on arrival.

Il letto dondolava umpo, ma si dormiva lo stesso.la luce del bagno non di spegneva quindi eravamo costretto a dormire con la luce

Kamer en douche klein maar proper, allez wat je nodig had was er

Deur is met een code , maar slot werkt niet goed om te openen, via whatts app moeten regelen,meerdere mensen hadden moeite met het slot, daar zouden ze iets aan moeten doen.
Goed voor 1 nacht, alles is wat aan het verkommeren..leegstaand restaurant en receptie
