Confortable mais procédure d’arrivée inquiétante
Pros:

L’emplacement est bon, la chambre très correcte pour ce niveau de prix.

Cons:

Pas d’accueil physique, l’arrivée se fait via watsapp ce qui ne donne pas trop confiance. Les réponses sur la messagerie booking sont longues, l’hôtel préfère passer par watsapp y compris pour le paiement de la taxe de séjour. Pas très sécurisant et inquiétant. Je n’y retournerai pas pour cette raison.

Pros:

Unterkunft ist nicht weit vom Zentrum zu Fuß

Zimmer war trotz dem beschriebenen Zustand relativ sauber.

Wenigstens war die Dusche schön groß

Cons:

Egal ob Bad oder Zimmer.
Überall war etwas kaputt oder abgebrochen.

Der Fön in Bad hat sogar die Schutzkappe gefehlt und die Kabel lagen offen da.

Es wurde ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt bei Temperaturen über 35 +
Wo man erst einmal danke sagen kann da die Zimmer keine Klima haben.
Aber nicht mal der Ventilator war in Ordnung.
Da die Befestigung vom Ventilator auch abgebrochen war.

Schade das man solch kleine Mängel nicht mal beseitigen kann........

Würde am Ende der Bewertung sicher zu Gute kommen.

de televisie functioneerde niet, de douche functioneerde niet naar behoren, en er was niemand in het hotel om te helpen. We hebben, behalve een schoonmaakster bij aankomst helemaal niemand gezien.
Dan werden we gevraagd via een email-link in te checken en uit te checken, en ook die links functioneerden niet.

Pas un ventilateur 40 degrés dans la chambre rideau qui ne sert à rien mal insonorisé c’est vraiment dommage car l’hôtel a du potentiel
La personne que j’ai au téléphone me demande de payer tout de suite des taxes avant tous comme des menaces c’est vraiment dommage très mauvaise expérience pour moi à liège

- le contact se fait via Wathsapp, la personne est à l'écoute et très réactive.
- literie confortable.
- les sanitaires sont OK, douche ou baignoire, c'est nickel.
- rue calme.
