Property Description

General

- This is a self check-in property with digital reception between 9 AM and 5 PM.
- The building does not have ground-floor apartments.
- Bookings of two or more apartments may be subject to different policies or additional charges.

Check-in & Check-out

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Access & Security

- There are no physical keys. Access is provided via a personal code or electronic key card.
- For security reasons, access details must not be shared with unregistered guests.
- Lost or stolen key cards must be reported immediately. A €30 replacement fee applies.
- Common-area lighting is motion-activated.
- All doors must remain closed at all times for security.

House Rules & Safety

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay:
- Misuse of windows or using them as exits is not permitted.
- The use of personal cooking or heating appliances not provided by the property is not allowed.
- Candles or any open flames are prohibited.
- Please keep the apartment tidy. Apartments left in excessive disorder or with trash may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Guests who do not follow house rules or pose a safety risk may be asked to leave without refund and charged a minimum fine of €200.
- If we are unable to accommodate specific special needs, guests may cancel free of charge, in line with the cancelation policy.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

- Linen and towels are changed once per week.
- Additional cleaning must be scheduled at least one day in advance.
- Extra cleaning is available for an additional fee.
- Cleaning hours are 09:00–14:00.
- Between cleanings, guests are responsible for trash disposal and washing used kitchen items.
- Cleaning supplies, irons, and ironing boards are available in the laundry room on each floor and must be returned after use.

Visitors & Luggage

- Visitors are welcome from 07:00 to 21:00.
- Visitors staying after 21:00 must be registered, present ID, and pay the applicable fee.
- Luggage storage is not available.

Management Rights

- Guests are expected to behave respectfully.
- Management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate in case of serious rule violations and may contact authorities if necessary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
