Pleasant but need upgraded

Nice setting

Cons:

They don’t clean the rooms properly, there is a lot of marks and dust around, the Dust was actually bad, they don’t move the cabinets when they clean. Also no dstv which is disappointing for the money you pay.

Pros:

Nous sommes restés une nuit sur l'établissement. L'endroit est très sympa avec beaucoup de végétation. Petit déjeuner très bien. Les chalets sont très sympas mais j'ai trouvé la salle de bain un peu décevante car vieillissante et un peu sale.
Sinon bon séjour et très bien placé par rapport au parc national de tsitsikamma

Pros:

Huge room, very cosy with all the wood. Big bathroom with even a whirlpool (which we didn't use).
The lodge is very beautiful and tropical.

Schöne Anlage

Cons:

Dunkle Zimmer, sehr altes Bad.
Wir fanden das Restaurant leider wirklich schlecht, insbesondere für Vegetarier nicht geeignet. Das Buffet am Abend hat ein sehr schlechtes Preis-leistungsverhältnis.

Pros:

De mogelijkheid tot een hele mooie hike, de locatie vlakbij Tsitsikamma Park en het vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

De hygiëne. De kamers waren weliswaar schoon, maar erg smoezelig: er hing een muffe geur en de douchecabine was helemaal geel uitgeslagen.

酒店会坑骗外国游客的，双倍收房费，请大家谨慎选择！

小木屋很有特色 拍照很出片 酒店后的草地走起来很放松 酒店就在高速路边上

非常不建议大家选择这个酒店，因为定1间房酒店会收两间房的钱！！！！
酒店非常莫名奇妙的重复收费，我在booking上预定的时候已经全款线上支付过房屋的费用，但是到店时，酒店前台还必须要我刷卡支付押金，我反复强调房费已经支付，但对方一定要我刷卡，无奈只好刷了，但是我回国后发现押金酒店并未退还，联系booking处理，结果搞了一周多都没有结果，酒店给booking开发票，非说我带了两个小孩！另收了一笔一模一样的另一间房费是两个小孩的费用！震惊！本人女性，和我共同出游的也是一位女性友人，两人都未婚未育，不知道哪里冒出来两个小孩。而且酒店是木屋，一个木屋带阁楼甚至能住5个人，不知道为什么会产生另一个房间的费用。
酒店明明把别的住客的房费安到了我的头上，自己搞错了，还拒不退款，booking处理进度也非常慢，上一个客服说2两天后平台会退款，下一个客服又说不行，关键是找客服很麻烦，每次都是不同的人，要把来龙去脉讲好多遍，电话费都打了100多分钟都没解决问题，真的非常不建议大家定这个酒店 ，木屋上方的三角窗是没有窗帘的， 早上可能会被阳光晃醒！

Het was ok, dichtbij het park.
Het eten was heel goed en de bediening in het restaurant heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De prij- kwaliteit verhouding klopte niet. We hadden de bruidssuite geboekt maar de kamer lekte bij de deur en de douchedeur was kapot. Er is te weinig water om het bad te vullen. Dat is prima en begrijpelijk maar adverteer er dan niet mee. Wat heel gek was: de bedoeling was denk ik om de kamer een soort natuurlijke uitstraling te geven met veel hout, alsof je in een sauna zat. Maar er was een belichting alsof je op een intesive care lag. Totaal niet sfeervol. Alles rook muf en schimmelig. We hebben tijdens onze vakantie voor veel minder geld veel betere kamers gehad. Een beetje flauw vonden we het ook wel een van onze nachten niet konden annuleren omdat we op tijd terug moesten zijn in Cape Town. Toegegeven: het stond wel in de voorwaarden.
Er is een spa maar dat blijkt helemaal geen spa maar een massagesalon..
