My go-to place in the Tsitsikamma
Pros:

It is peaceful with well appointed cottages for privacy with so much access to beauty and nature. The Spa is just sensational (try their massage and facial special). The best thing about the venue is the people! Tertia and her team were amazing. They went above and beyond with kindness and care.

Cons:

Nothing we love it. It is rustic bit that suits us fine

Pros:

Dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Small leak in the bathroom, dealt with immediately and upgraded to a larger cabin at no extra cost. Excellent service all round, Thank you!!

Beautiful setting with access to walks

Cons:

Needs investment for update to facilities - walkways loose and bathroom needs upgrade. Breakfast was okay just had better during our South Africa stays. Unable to book any spa treatments during stay so would recommend to pre book in advance as they have limited availability

Unwelcome arrival but good stay
Pros:

Lovely scenery, trails, relaxed environment and enjoyd the breakfast

Cons:

Receptionist reluctants to allow an early book in at 12h00 despite it being a scorching hot day even though the room was ready. What aggrevated me even more is the fact that 3 ladies who arrived at about 12h15 were allowed to booked in immediately. When challenged, we were told that these ladies supposedly made prior arrangements with management. We were then allowed to book in.

It was wonderful weekend even though it was cold and rainy weather but the staff had made a big difference being polite
