The hotel's location is excellent 👍🏼
They gave me a ground-floor room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The balcony and the room are full of insects and mosquitoes. The bed is dirty and filthy, and the bathroom is also very small 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The food was excellent. The location was perfect, the main strip of Protarus right on your door step. The rooms were modern and clean. No issues with sunbeds on a morning. Check out was 12pm with the booking of a courtesy room before pick up.

Dobra lokalizacja,do plaży kilka minut,strefa 18+ z basenami,bez hałasu.Pyszne,różnorodne jedzenie,5 rodzajów mleka np.,gofry na śniadanie,wszystko świetnie zorganizowane,b.czysto,wolne leżaki w strefie chill o każdej porze.
Bar w lobby czynny do 23,po tej godz napoje są płatne,pewnego wieczoru barman oświadczył,ze mogę wziąć tylko 2 drinki i dobranoc(w j. polskim).Dziwne to było zważywszy na fakt,że byliśmy sporą grupą i jedna osoba brała napoje dla kilku osób (opcja all inclusive)

Fantastic hotel in the absolute best location—right on the Protaras strip, just a 3-minute walk to Vryssi Beach and 6 minutes to Fig Tree Bay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff is super helpful and always happy to assist with anything. Excellent breakfast with a great variety, a great main pool, plus an adults-only pool area that is a huge plus. Highly recommended for both families and couples, we will definitely return!

The hotel nice and clean, the staff is welcoming and always there to assist. We enjoyed our room, we ordered a suite with a limited sea view.
Lot’s of options in breakfast and everything is fresh and tasty, everyone could find what’s to eat (ordered only breakfast included).
The pool area is lovely, we were mostly with the kids but also tried the 18+ relax area and it is very nice. Th location is great, near everything, no transportation is needed. Lots of restaurants and beaches all around.
My parents got a room with issue in the bathroom, it was leaking. The clean lady couldn’t help.
Also, it is not quite clear from the site that the hammam and the sauna are available only for extra charge.

Нам очень понравился отдых в этом отеле. В дальнейшем будем снова планировать отдых в этом отеле и рекомендуем всем этот отель для комфортного отдыха.

Reception were friendly and helpful
Food was good apart from sunday evening being cold
Entertainment through the day in the pool area and gardens were brilliant and inclusive for all languages
The theft we had from the maids in the room we lost three valuable items which is still unresolved the management team were going to call us back but even after chasing for 2weeks we are still awaiting the call.
The entertainment was in a small area to give you and idea there was 200people watching but only seating for around 75 everyone else had to stand at the back and hope to see over people's head.
