room was not the same as the one advertised. I was wxpecting
Pros:

the park was very nice , the room itself, was not the same as the pictures, ot says 2 bed... But was a pull out bed...

Pros:

I love the place! It was cozy and neat. Everything you need was near you. The owner was also accommodating. Easy to pin when using grab and also near to stations if you want to use local transport.

Cons:

Shower heater doesn't work,
When you shower its like flod water, stop in drains.
It shows online that it has washing machine but it hasn't. You can hear the elivator 24/7 plinging.. Induction is not working.
Noisy neighbor.
The aircondition drops on the extra bed so you cant use it.

Pros:

Everything is great. Very comfortable place, room is located located on the second floor which is good easy to go in and out the place. Also it is nearby to lots of good places such as Mall of Asia.
Internet access is very good, smart television was amazing plus the perks of some fun video games/board games which is perfect if you just want to chill/enjoy indoor. Our host is very kind and accommodative always there when needed.
Will definitely go back here soon.
