Il y a eu un gros problème bruyant,la pompe à chaleur à l'extérieur était défaillante et faisait un bruit infernal, le personnel était bien au courant et l'hôtel et m'a conseillé de prévenir via email,ce que j'ai fait sans réponse de leur part...

Esperienza terribile! Arrivati la sera, il receptionista ha impiegato 50 minuti per fare il check in, ma questo è nulla ancora! Ricevute le chiavi delle camere altra sorpresa, l’ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON FUNZIONAVA, con un caldo torrido e insopportabile! Ci hanno fatto cambiato altre sei stanze ma in tutte non funzionava! E poi il water tutto sporco non di urine! Terribile! In conclusione ce ne siamo andati via! Da evitare assolutamente!
