Excellent Location, but Comfort, Service & Security Need Serious Improvement

Our stay at Binapani Deluxe Hotel was extremely disappointing and one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.
The biggest issue was the staff’s attitude. They were rigid, unhelpful, and showed very little courtesy or professionalism. Instead of addressing concerns and helping guests, they were dismissive and unsupportive. At one point, we were even told that if we were unhappy, we could simply change the hotel, which was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
The food service was equally poor. Although many items were listed on the menu, most were unavailable. Guests were expected to eat only whatever the hotel chose to serve, leaving almost no flexibility. To make matters worse, outside food was not allowed, which made the situation even more frustrating.
The food quality itself was also disappointing. I ordered dal, and it was clearly not freshly prepared. It lacked freshness, taste, and basic quality standards.
What disappointed us the most was the overall attitude of the management. They seemed to believe they were the best hotel in Tarapith, and this mindset reflected in how customers were treated. Basic hospitality, politeness, and respect were clearly missing.
Overall, our experience was frustrating and unpleasant. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting good service, decent food, or respectful treatment.

Pros:

Only food quality and restaurant staff's behaviour.
In my opinion don't go to this hotel, Except restaurant everything will regret you every time.

Cons:

Reception staff's behaviour is very bad, The cleanliness of the room is also very bad ,The bed was so hard, only one and cheap quality chair provided for taking dinner etc, Provided chair was so dirty, Ac will be leaking water, no Android tv was given, a small cabled tv was given, ceiling fan also macking noice, bed was so bad so hard, I feels like a was sleeping in a railway dormitory.
For stay purposes don't go for this hotel.

Pros:

I couldn't stay there as they not have any parking space of their own. I couldn't access the hotel with my car. they have taken Rs..3000 ad advance for booking and I lost the money. My experience is bad and disgusting, I will not recommend anyone there.

Pros:

Everything seems perfect location from mandir and between heart of city. We only want to recommend for seperate shower gel which they don't have in their premises.
Staffs were super cooperative reception, restro, house cleaning.
