Nearest from Tara ma Mandir.

Cons:

Rooms not clean.
Taps leaking.
Bedsheets dirty, mattress hard as concrete.
Extra mattress 700 rs way too much.
Food is not that tasty...normal.

Pros:

I couldn't stay there as they not have any parking space of their own. I couldn't access the hotel with my car. they have taken Rs..3000 ad advance for booking and I lost the money. My experience is bad and disgusting, I will not recommend anyone there.

Everything seems perfect location from mandir and between heart of city. We only want to recommend for seperate shower gel which they don't have in their premises.
Staffs were super cooperative reception, restro, house cleaning.

The experience of the hotel about staying etc was not bad but,at the end ,had a terrible experience, hence the rating.
At the time of check out they give me the amount to be paid for the room and the food they supplied to our room from their own restaurant and I paid the whole amount by cash and asked for an invoice. They asked me to wait and requested to sit in the sofa while they prepare the invoice. After a long wait, one bearer came and handover a closed envelope and I just took the envelope and left. After coming back to my home at Kolkata, I opened the envelope and found just one piece of ESTIMATE MAMO for the room alone and no proper bills for either food or for the room.
There must be something wrong. Either the staffs are stealing money or the organization is avoiding Govt. Tax.
