A notre arrivé, il y avait une serviette sale derrière le canapé.. Odeur de tabac froid et un oubli de petit déjeuner... Le personnel était gentil et c'est excusé pour tout ça.

I booked 2 rooms for my family for 3 nights. When we arrived at the hotel it looked nothing like the photos. It has a rating of 8,3 which isn’t corresponding to the reality and is misleading. Right after we entered our rooms we noticed the rooms smell like cigarettes and they smelled like this the whole night even after letting fresh air inside (the couches had holes from cigarettes). The bed sheets were used and they smelled like another person and the blanket was full of hair (in both rooms). We called the reception and two guys came to change the sheets and one of them asked the other “Did you clean the toilet before they arrived?” (I know Turkish, but I guess they didn’t know this). I was in shock. The bathroom was so disgusting that none of my family members could use it. The shower was black and dirty, the toilet wasn’t cleaned either. The sink was cracked. In one of the rooms there were signs of shower leaking because the floor was really damaged and there was a hole in front of the bathroom. No one could use the toilet because it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. This hotel looks nothing like the photos. It hasn’t been cleaned in years. I’ve used Booking for many years and this is the first time I come across such a disaster. Minutes after seeing our rooms I booked another hotel and we left in the morning. I tried talking to them and wanted to get my money back for the following two nights. They didn’t agree and offered me a bigger room, but I declined because I can see the misery is a tendency in this hotel. I’m extremely disappointed. The price we paid doesn’t correspond to the conditions they offer at all. Not being able to take a shower or use the toilet because of dirtiness is unacceptable. As I said, I’ve never come across such a disgusting place. In addition, I’m adding photos to support my words. You can see the difference between my photos and the ones that are on the platform. The photos are from rooms 201 and 301.
