Very disappointing
Pros:

location

Cons:

The facilities are in a terrible state, the rooms are very dirty, the breakfast is very poor and in general the feeling is very unpleasant in this hotel. I have been to dozens of countries and many hotels, this was the worst hotel I have ever visited.

Pros:

Özbekistan genelinde internet sorunu var zaten. Otel odamın interneti en iyi çeken oda olduğu belirtildiği halde, internet pek cekmiyordu. Başka da bir sorun yoktu. Her sey mukemmeldi. Teşekkurler.

Guesthouse in old town Khiva
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

The manager seemed very bothered about his guest’s questions. He literally told me he was tired of telling tourists the same thing. When I settled the bill he refused to take some of the dollars notes I gave him.

They locked the door at night but we were never told that was the case.

Only guesthouse in Uzbekistan you’re not allowed to take water from the water dispenser.

Very good hotel in the old city!
Pros:

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Large room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Staff not that friendly. Room furniture old and some cracked. Internet shut down or slow down all the time. Rooms accessible by stairs; so it will be a problem if you have mobility issue. Was going to be charged more than what booking confirmed but after showing the desk manager the proof, I paid what I was supposed to be. So, make sure to bring a copy of your charges with you.
