Cons:

Things to be aware of:
– Poor internet connection (low speed and frequent disconnections)
– There is a mold/musty smell on the first and second floors (upper floors are fine)
– No hooks or shelves in the bedrooms

Pros:

Had a very comfortable stay in a spacious apartment. The pool was perfect for relaxing, check-in was seamless, and our flat was cleaned during the stay. A special thanks to the team for being so accommodating with our late checkout.

If you want to sleep under the stairs, I don't recommend it.

Cons:

We paid for a Duplex Apartment with Garden and Pool View, but we had neither a pool nor garden view. The terrace overlooked the stairs, and the table was under the stairs. The only view was of the concrete stairs. Additionally, there were two air conditioning units hanging next to them. Due to the heat, it was impossible to sit on the terrace for even a moment. We immediately reported this to the staff and were informed that they would move us to another apartment in two days. It turned out that one apartment was available, but the next day, the staff preferred to accommodate a Russian family there, even though it was only for two nights. I consider this outrageous behavior. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone; they prefer Russian guests, and the staff and manager lie to your face, never even responding.

Pros:

The swimming pool - amazing. Lovely garden, beautifully designed. Very helpful and kind staff, ready to assist with different services. Duplex apartment - really well-equipped, with a kitchenette and a big fridge. Spacious. The beds are really comfortable. The location - a quiet place close to the woods and the mountain trail but also close to the main street and pleasant walks to the moonlight beach through the peaceful neighborhood or partly through the forest along a paved road. The cats and kittens!!! - a bit annoying at times but so adorable 😍 Thank you dear Yasmin and Jelil for your hospitality! We will definitely come again if we can!

Cons:

I'd like more hooks and shelves in the bathroom. Having only one suction cup box that keeps falling was very inconvenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows are great but might be difficult to open and close - better to ask the staff if you've never used them. That's why probably some noise was heard from the henhouse nearby - the roosters get really noisy at 4 AM. Also be careful with the stairs at night - it's steep.

Lovely stay, family very friendly & helpful
Pros:

Excellent stay loved the apartment,had everything you needed, lovely & clean. Pool clean & area clean & tidy. Everything you could wish for, would book again.

Спасибо за прекрасное отношение, заботу и чистоту в отеле! Получила массу положительных впечтлений.
Pros:

Отель расположен на краю Кемера. В лесу практически - я так и искала, подальше от туристов и шума. Просыпаться в семь утра и топать к чистейшему бассейну - это дорогого стоит, получила массу удовольствия. До пляжа Калисто 1,2 км, столько же до центра.
В номере на первом этаже гостиная и душевая с туалетом, наверху полноценные 2 спальни с туалетом. Очень удобно - отдыхали втроем.
Отдельно хочу отметить работу персонала - приехали поздно, нас встретили и разместили, Джеляль всегда был доступен - если что-то нужно - всегда на связи. Уборка номера или подвезти до пляжа, или какие-то вопросы по здоровью ребенка, или даже организовать завтрак (это двухуровневые апартаменты, без питания) - всегда можно было найти - спросить и получить помощь на любую тему!!
Спасибо огромное за гостеприимство! Вернусь еще.

« Уставший» хороший номер, все работало - горячая вода, кондиционеры, но отсутствие полок, вешалок в душе - требует внимания. Впрочем, на это можно обратить внимание при заселении - и все ю поправят.

Aitähh selle kogemuse eest.
Pros:

Koht asub 1.2km kaugusel merest. Metsa ääres, vaikses piirkonnas. Rõdu pealt avanes vaade basseinile ja mägedele. Konditsioneerid olid igas toas ja töötasid. Voodid olid mugavad ja linad puhtad. Dussiruumis olid kõik vajalikud olemas. staff oli abivalmis.

Cons:

Maja ümber oli palju prügi. Basseini ääres olid suitsukonid. Toad on veits väsinud olekus ja kapi taga, voodi all oli eelmiste külaliste prügi. Saunalinad olid ebamugavalt kõvad. Kahjuks ei olnud võimalik hiline check-out. (meil oli lend hilja õhtul ja pidime appartmendist välja minema juba kell 11:30)
