I am looking forward to my next stay here.
Pros:

Comfortable, extremely functional, very good cheap travel connections, close to shops, restaurants, money exchange facilities, Metro. All within 5 minutes walking distance. The welcome I experienced from the staff, especially Yasin bey and Elif hanim made me feel at home straight away. Always polite and most helpful.

Cons:

That’s hatd. I cannot think of anything. This hotel is a gem.

Konforlu bir konaklama
Pros:

Metroya yakın bir lokasyonda, sakin, geniş apartmanları olan bir otel. İlgili ve yardımsever bir personel ekibi var. Yasin Bey'e yardımları ve ilgisi için özellikle teşekkürler.

Cons:

Konum gayet iyi fakat metrodan otele yürüyüş İstanbul'un en keyifli yürüyüşü değil. Havlu ve nevresimler temiz görünüyordu ancak genellikle lekeliydi.

It was a nice cheap place for a quick stay.
Pros:

I liked the location, how spacious the rooms were and its affordability. I liked that it had a gym and a pool even though I didn’t have a chance to use them. Yasin was very helpful during my stay.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard and the sheets looked worn a bit. The rooms had kitchenettes but no utensils plates or even cups. I also had requested twin beds for a group also staying there but they ended up with a single queen bed.

Good stay. Very good location.
Pros:

The location is very good. Cleanliness etc was all good. We were able to easily commute everywhere. The staff was friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

They shall provide extension wires since the electrical points were limited. Also, in Turkey you need the converter plugs and if it is provided by the property it increases the convenience of visitors. Also, the pool was good but its location was not pleasant.

Pros:

Location was perfecr and staff also were perfect

Cons:

We spent about 5 nights and cleaning service didnot appear and didnot cleaned our room. There was everithing kettle, fridge, cooktop, but wasnot even cup ro dri k coffee. It would be better to have cupa plates, some pan,kettle.

Pros:

Отличное место для проживания! Это скорее апартаменты, чем классический отель, что оказалось очень удобно. Номер был чистым, аккуратным и уютным, всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха было предусмотрено. Видно, что за чистотой и порядком здесь действительно следят.

Единственный небольшой минус — месторасположение. Для нас оно оказалось не самым удобным, поэтому стоит учитывать этот момент при бронировании.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Все сотрудники были очень отзывчивыми и доброжелательными. Особенная благодарность Элиф — она помогла нам найти такси и была очень внимательна и готова помочь. Именно такое отношение делает пребывание ещё более приятным. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Excellent Stay and Wonderful accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent and Beautiful Stay. Wonderful for family. Apartment, amenities and service were all great and spacious was a plus. Highly recommend.

Implicit Bias: Individual staff members may hold personal biases or make assumptions and judgements based on appearance, due to limited exposure to multicultural and multiethnic environments. The accommodation is very homogenous and very much to turk-looking clienteles but as expected in post-ottoman, hyperinflation society like Turkiye these days,

Great Location and Excellent Support from Halime, but Room for Improvement
Pros:

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The location is very convenient, with two metro lines nearby, and the area is quiet and pleasant.

A special thank you to Halime, who was always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. She was the one person we consistently turned to whenever we needed assistance, as she always provided professional and effective support. Thanks to her and the hotel's great location, we were satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

On the downside, a large part of the reception staff seemed uninterested and did not appear particularly motivated to assist guests. There is also significant room for improvement when it comes to housekeeping. While the hotel was not dirty, some areas felt neglected and not maintained to the standard one would expect. I would recommend washing the curtains periodically and paying more attention to overall room maintenance. Although the hotel's policy states that rooms are cleaned every three days, this was not our experience, as guests seem to have to specifically ask for the service rather than it being carried out automatically.
