Great location, right on the beach.
The food is absolutely incredible.
Staff are great.
The breakfast was a set menu of traditional Turkish breakfast and although tasty I would have preferred different options for a 3 night stay.
There was no safe in the room.
The hotel is well located in front of beach with close distance to mall and restaurants.
Very bad attitude of staff esoecially cleaning ladies were very rude. Almost nobody know English so it was very difficult to communicate or even order proper food. Cleaning of bathroom and terrace was very bad.
Two things are wise - the view and access to the beach as well as the food at the restaurant.
The only professional was the guy with glasses at reception who was perfect!!!
1. The room was not ready when check in (we were there at 16pm while check in used to be at 14pm).
2. Initially the room given was NOT the one we selected. After huge conversation we received the one we booked
3. Except 2 people, staff does not speak English.
4. Very negative attitude of cleaning ladies!!!
5. Breakfast is fixed and contains few things.
6. The bathroom and terrace were really dirty.
