location, pool, beach front, building in great shape. You can hear the ocean waves from the balcony and rooms if you open the balcony doors.
areas for improvement: the drinking cups were all plastic. Not the best impression. One or two drawers were being used to store every day stuff, markers, pen, pencil, tape, scissors, tools. A bit wierd, did not expect that, preffer they lock those drawers considering that all those things are not for the guests. The thermostat did not work well, could have been just the battery. Somtimes it worked well some other times it did not pay attention to the requested temp we set.

El baño estaba dañado y no nos pudimos bañar luego de utilizar la piscina

El aire acondicionado estaba malo y la habitación dos camas separadas para una pareja es fatal camas pequeñas y la hora de salida a las 11am es fatal se supone que uno va descansar levantarse tarde el fin de semana para esa gracia mejor se queda en la casa.

Nice condo only issue was that you couldn’t change the A/C settings. At night it felt warmer. Also from the time you get there they hand you a list of a bunch of rules and fines. Also didn’t like that they charge you a cleaning fee and then tell you that you MUST take your trash out before you leave. I would expect that to be part of the cleaning. Aside from that it’s a nice place.

The owner host of the condo controls the air condition with his cell phone we sweated the entire time and he would not even respond to an email I highly recommend not staying here. There is a owner at this property his name is Jose that's the ones that you want to rent not from this guy.
