Cons:

Die Bilder täuschen, auf den Fotos sieht alles sauber und neu aus ist man aber erstmal hier wird schnell klar dass es nicht so ist. Äußerst muffiger Gestank im Zimmer der nicht wirklich weg geht. Schimmelflecken an den Wänden sowohl im Bad als auch im Schlafzimmer. Das schlimmste jedoch sind die Kakerlaken im Badezimmer, alles andere lässt sich ja für ein paar Tage ertragen aber Kakerlaken sind absolut ekelhaft. Eine bestimmt 4cm lange Kakerlake und mehrere kleine Hausen im Türrahmen zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer… Also wer auf diese Krabbeltiere steht kann sich das gerne antun, wir werden allerdings auf keinen Fall mehr hier her kommen.

Pros:

Right in the heart of the city Lemi’s homestay provides a comfortable stay along with all the amenities. The staff is quite helpful. We had a wonderful time there

Dirty, dusty, would not book.
Cons:

It was incredibly dirty. Like, really really dirty. We did not sleep here. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom, surfaces were all dusty, the floor was dirty… overall I would strongly advise against staying here.

Pros:

Great location, quiet (compared to other places in Hanoi!), comfortable and homely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating

Cons:

It wasn't a problem for me, but be aware that there is one room per floor, if you're staying on the top floor, it's a lot of stairs and there's no lift. If you have mobility issues it would be a good idea to message ahead and see if a low floor is available.

Pros:

It is a good idea to have a kitchen on the ground floor. You also get fridge space. Perhaps rendering things more functional, i.e., making it possible to connect the oven to the electricity and use it would have been great! It is a good place to work and sleep, the bed felt luxurious.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved. It was not dirty but there is a difference between looking clean and actually being clean. On the other hand, they offered to my laundry for free once a week which was sweet.

The balcony is nice, but if you're on the opposite side of the street, there are offices right in front.

They asked for additional 8%, more than in my booking... They told me I have to pay for tax and it was the first time I was asked for that... I didn't pay, but be careful

Pros:

Highly recommend I have stayed several times now, my favourite accommodation in Hanoi! Everything was perfect I had the most amazing stay! The host is so kind, welcoming and accommodating of all my requests with great communication. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great facilities, great bathroom and balcony. Clean modern and chic building with a wonderful communal kitchen. Location is great close to west lake and also the old town. Would highly recommend I will be booking when I'm staying in hanoi. Felt very luxurious and homely, great value for money! 10/10 thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Not value for money.
Cons:

The smell of gasoline when you enter the building. There is no lift even though the booking website says there is. The hot water in the shower runs out quickly.
