Pros:

이런 시설에 이런 값에 숙박할 수 있어 행복했어요. 6일간 머무르는 동안 전혀 불편한 점 없었고 구량위 가는 배 타는 곳도 걸어서 갔어요. 버스정류장, 지하철역 모두 가까워 위치도 좋고 길건너 뒷쪽길에 고급 카페, 바, 식당이 즐비하게 늘어서 있어 마치 유럽에 와 있는듯한 느낌이 들었어요.

Pros:

Ontbijt was oprecht perfect, zoveel keuze! Personeel was enorm vriendelijk en eindelijk wat mensen die engels spreken. Bijna niemand in China spreekt het. Dus in het hotel konden ze me goed helpen.

住宿押金用付現，切忌不要刷卡！
Pros:

打掃的清潔人員（葉美蘭）很貼心，看到我們裝伴手禮的袋子擔心不牢固，主動再為我們套上堅固的提袋

Cons:

第一次去廈門，才知道住宿要收押金，住宿費是$564，含押金刷卡共$1000，雖說是隔天會退刷，但是我信用卡授權成功的卻是含押金共人民幣$1000，而不是住宿$564的價格，有跟櫃台人員表示，她們雖有給刷卡單據，但是手機APP顯示刷卡帳單一直是人民幣$1000，並不是$564（住宿費）讓我覺得並沒有退我押金啊！！只能說以後付現就好，免得影響旅遊心情….回國還要跟信用卡公司處理

We have a restful 3 night stay in this hotel and would love to come back again.
Pros:

Location: hotel at 思明区，bus and metro station are just outside the hotel. Direct bus ( 2 stops) from hotel to the famous No 8 market.
Excellent staff: the front desk staff are friendly, the concierge team is super helpful and responsive. Would like to give my most appreciation to Mr Wang Teng for his help.
The room is spacious, clean and comfortable!!

Great location and great value
Pros:

Clean, staff service, complete toiletries, good quality slippers
Great location near supermaket, near restaurants, near metro and bus stops

Cons:

Pillows could be thicker and a third pillow
They put shampoo instead of hand wash by the sink.
The conditioner ran out and was not replaced.
