Pros:

The location was great, staff were very helpful and kind.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was a much needed relief after very hot days.

Great value for money
Pros:

Location is excellent. Apartment small but perfect for a week stay. The staff are friendly and their English skills are good. Pool has views of the beach and high enough to be away from the street noise.

Good property, but not so good staffs.
Pros:

Its closer to the beach and a lot of eateries around. The vibe is really good around the property. Clean rooms and well lit.

Cons:

Thought it was called as a two bedroom apartment, there was only one bathroom to use - It killed my purpose of the 2bedroom booking. Almost all the staffs were rigid and grumpy, though they sounded pleasant via chats. There was absolutely no consideration for any of our requests and continued to demonstrate that they play by the rule books only. They did even allow a few hours of extension - 30 minutes was what we got.

Great stay, great value.
Pros:

This is the most amazing value for money. Great location, yummy bagel shop at the bottom and walking distance to most stuff. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We didn’t have any issues. The pool could do with an extra lounger or two, but who cares when a beautiful beach is on the doorstep.

Great little gem!
Pros:

Great location and room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were so helpful in assisting with lost luggage and liaising with the delivery company on our behalf.

Pros:

Just love this place. Well designed with smart details. Rooms are cozy and big. The location is just superb. Literally everything everything is close by beach, restaurants like Italian, Mexican, Chinese. Also bars massages and coffee places.
I already booked my next visit.

Le personnel est très réactif et sympathique.
L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé.

Cons:

Une odeur de bacon et de viande venant du restaurant au dessous, une odeur d'humidité permanente..... Très gênés par toutes ces effluves !!!
Il n’y a pas de sièges sur le balcon...
Le ménage est fait tous les jours mais pas vraiment bien..
Et enfin, le matelas est trop mou...

sehr gute lage. nachts ruhig und auch lange ausschlafen geht gut. sauber, gross, bequem, modern. auch regentage kann man gemütlich drinnen verbringen.
türe zum flur sehr schalldicht.
simple und klare kommunikation mit reception per WhatsApp

Cons:

ameisen auf dem balkon (innen keine).
sitzgelegenheit auf dem balkon wäre praktisch.

hinweis für digitale nomaden: hat kein arbeitstisch und stuhl

3 week stay in great location
Pros:

Location was very good, central to beach, restaurants and lots of great cafe options. Daily cleaning although basic was nice to have fresh towels each day. Surprisingly quiet considering popular area.

Cons:

Pool area was limited to one lounge and a couple of chairs, hard to ever get to sit by the pool. Stayed in a 2 bed apt, but small and would not suit 4 adults. Kitchen was basic and I purchased extra items to use like cups.

Great location but don’t expect luxury
Pros:

Central location in An Thuong
Clean, Fairly taken care of and room is big.

Cons:

Pool area is very small with one chair so not really usable. Cleaning staff too insistent about cleaning while you’re in the room. Hot water runs out in 5 min. Non existent insulation with outside and smoke smell.
