Good location. The host is very sweet and helpful. They also offer scooter rentals and busses to other cities. They also have a restaurant nearby.

I had the most wonderful stay at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, the owners made me feel like part of their family, and their kindness and attention to detail were truly remarkable. The lady owner, in particular, was incredibly warm and went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The location of the homestay is absolutely perfect for nature lovers. The stunning views surrounding the property were breathtaking, and it was so peaceful to wake up to the sounds of nature every day. Whether it was sitting on the porch or biking around the area, the beauty of the surroundings was unforgettable.

The bed was a bit hard and the shower wasn’t great.
The owners were so so so friendly! They even let us check in early after we arrived very early in the morning due to the sleeping bus. We had a great time! The pool was so refreshing and the room was very spacious!

Great location, great breakfast, clean rooms. Very nice place.
Situation in a quiet area, 2 km away from main Tam Coc. Comfortable beds, great a/c, super clean room and bathroom. The hotel over looks a lake, there is a pool you can view it from. It is a very short walk from many restaurants, bars, the Bich Dong Temple & boat pier, and the Ben Thach Bich Boat Pier. The family who own the hotel are very lovely, and very helpful. If you want, they will arrange anything you need: Motorcycles, bicycles, day trips to any where in the region, and of course a taxi back to Ninh Binh.

The location was nice and the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool.
No elevator. Getting up on the 4th floor and down with all the luggage in the heat wasn't funny.
