We verbleven hier één nacht tijdens onze reis, maar begrijpen de positieve reviews niet. De kamer oogt verouderd en was niet schoon; in de badkamer zat schimmel. De douche werd niet meer warm nadat iemand anders had gedoucht. Hoewel het een rookvrij hotel is, rook de kamer bij aankomst sterk naar citroen, waarschijnlijk om een onderliggende rookgeur te maskeren, die de volgende dag duidelijk merkbaar was. De airco koelde niet en maakte vooral veel lawaai. Ook was er ’s nachts veel geluid van de straat, omdat het raam niet goed sluit.

Al met al: verwacht niet te veel van dit hotel, al past dat misschien bij de prijs.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Top Lage, sehr zentral und nah am IT Park mit zahllosen Resto‘S und Kaffee‘S auf hohem Niveau. Gleichzeitig hat mir die Zugangsstrasse mit einfachen Eatery‘s wo viele Locals essen sehr gut gefallen! Toller Mix!
Fortbewegt hab ich Scooter Taxis über die Move IT App, kann ich sehr empfehlen. Günstig, schnell, superfreundliche Fahrer!

Cons:

WLAN etwas schwach und nur eine Stunde kostenfrei am Tag. Bin klargekommen damit, philippinische Smart SIM hat gut funktioniert… grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.
Frühstück völlig in Ordnung, kein Highlight aber ausreichend.

Situata vicino al centro direzione Cebu IT park ma ci sono solo palazzoni. La sera c'è la via dell'hotel con qualche bancarella di street food

とても快適に過ごせました！予約のときは騒音がちょっと心配だったんですが、実際に滞在してみると全然問題なし。スタッフの方もみんな親切で、歩いて3分くらいでレストランがたくさんあって、とても便利でした。Wi-Fiも快適で不自由なく使えました。

Pros:

The location is a block to two blocks from IT PARK and bus terminal. Hotel is good value for the money and location. The room is good, not great, and not bad just a very good room.
