Pros:

I’ve stayed in many home stays in Vietnam, and staff has always been amazing and helpful. This one is no exception, absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful local family.

Helen was very helpful in booking all tours I wanted, even when she needed surgery she still helped.

On my last night I burned my leg on the exhaust of a hot motorbike, and Helen’s mother gave me aloe vera to apply to my burnt leg. Words cannot describe how wonderful this family is. Highly recommend, and when I come back to hoi an I would definitely stay here again.

Fijne locatie, de old town is te voet makkelijk te bereiken. De host was ontzettend aardig en hielp ons goed met onze vragen.
De kamer was schoon met een fijn bedje.

Pros:

La dame qui s'occupe de l'hôtel est très gentille et donne plein de bons conseils, discute très volontiers. La chambre est grande et la salle de bain est vraiment très agréable. Meilleure pression de douche le matin que le soir.
L'emplacement est assez proche de la vieille ville (5-7 mn à pied) et il y a plein de petits restaurants autour de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il y avait un lit confortable et l'autre (le plus bas) beaucoup trop dur. L'une de nous a très bien dormi et celle sur le lit dur très mal, ce qui est dommage. Les bouteilles d'eau offertes n'ont pas été renouvelées, nous avons donc eu sur 3 jours 2 bouteilles offertes à notre arrivée et les autres nous ont été facturées car nous les avons prises dans le mini frigo.

A memorable time.
Pros:

Helen, the owner, made sure I had everything I needed. And provided plenty of ideas and information to make my time in HoiAn enjoyable. She even recommended a wonderful tailor who made me a suit for my son’s wedding. The hotel itself was within walking distance of all the main attractions, and I rented a bike to go to the beach as well.

All good.

Great, quiet homestay just 15 mins walking to old town
Pros:

Ms Helen is the best host you can wish for. Always smiling, up for a chat and helpful with about anything you can think of. She organised our complete trip for the next stage of our journey including driver, bus tickets and coordinated everything.
The Homestay is just like 15 mins walking distance to the old town, so it’s a quiet place. Some very good local food options just close by.
Our room was very big, clean with a nice bathroom and two beds, one queen and one king. We slept like babies.
You can rent bicycles or scooters or get tours arranged by Ms Helen as well, also laundry service is available.

Fabulous hidden gem
Pros:

Helen and her family are fantastic hosts! Nothing was too much and they were so helpful. We had the nicest stay ever at Green Town, just outside of the centre this is a hidden gem. I couldn’t recommend it enough, if I’m ever back in Hoi An this is where I will be back to stay

Best hosts, ideal location with everything within walking distance
Pros:

The hosts - Helen and her family were super welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back. Ideal location between old town and rice fields. Restaurants and street food close by which were excellent.
Nice and quiet hotel.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the Green Town Hotel. Since we stayed an entire week over Tet in Hoi An, it was the perfect place to find some peace and good sleep. The owner was always friendly, good for some advices/recommendations and really fast in communication. If you go there you‘ll feel really welcomed :) we would definitely come back to this Homestay!

Cons:

The shower is not separated, but since it’s quite common in entire Vietnam for us that wasn’t a real problem :)

So pleased we booked here.
Pros:

Helen could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We booked for a night and ended up staying 6 nights. A wonderful location just outside of the old town, accessible for us to visit An Bang beach daily. Great value for money. Made use of their very reasonable laundry service which was great as we packed light for our 18 night trip. Free WiFi, a trip booked through Helen... it was all very easy.

Cons:

Not the accommodations fault, but there was building work going on next door meaning we were woken up at 7am but at least it got us out of our bed to explore.

Excellent séjour , merci à Helen pour sa gentillesse, sa réactivité , ses recommendations, sa disponibilité ..!
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait , proche des points d’intérêts mais assez éloigné pour ne pas subir le bruit
Helen est d’une grande aide pour les restaurants , les activités , la location de moto , les recommendations en général mais surtout une femme d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, elle m’a fait parvenir par colis des objets oubliés lors de mon séjour, de manière rapide et sécurisée
