Khách cũ check out xong không dọn phòng mà đưa khách mới vào nhận phòng luôn. Tủ lạnh dơ kh xài được, kh có khăn tắm, giấy vs....các kiểu. Trải nghiệm tệ vl:))

Chú lễ tân lớn tuổi nói giọng khó nghe và thái độ khó chịu

Có 2 chỗ cắm điện cùng 1 cục, có 1 cần chỉnh để ăn điện, ko sao, may là vẫn xài được
mới bước vô sàn rít, có thể là nước lau nhà khử khuẩn, ko sao, cảm thấy vậy thôi

Tự ý huỷ phòng trong khi khách đã nt trc là 1h đêm mới tới với lý do ks đaz gọi 2-3 cuộc khách ngta bn việc ko phải rảnh để canh cuộc gọi từ ks trong khi khách nt trc đó lạ ko trl

Was dieses Hotel betrifft, ist es da nichts zu sagen. Ich würde hier immer wie nach Hause zurückkehren.
(Was mir die sonst angenehme Reise nach Vietnam völlig verdorben hat, war die VietJet-Airline. Ich reise viel durch die Welt, aber es ist mir nie passert, dass ein Personal einer Fluglinie so feindselig zu den Europäern ist. Ich musste zur Kontrolle sämtliche Souveniers in den Müll werfen. Und trotz meines Protests als Professor, wurde ich polizeilich bedroht und erpresst, unter Zeitdruck, sogar mein Buch und mein Heft wegzuwerfen. Ich reise nur mit Handgepäck. In Europa ist es im Dezember Winter und natürlich hatte ich dabei Winterkleider, die ein bisschen mehr Volumen und Gewicht im Gepäck benötigen und die ich in der Hitze Vietnams nicht tragen konnte. Ich konnte kein Verständnis finden und ich wurde gnadenlos wie ein Krimineller behandelt. Als begeisteter Tourist durch Asia ist es mir nun, statt Souveniers aus Vietnam, dieses traumatisierte Andenken leider geblieben.)

I’m really sorry for giving a score of 6. The middle-aged female staff made me repeat the same explanation about the air conditioner being broken over the phone, to three people who don’t speak English at all . When I checked out and was leaving, She asked me for a parking fee of 50,000 VND for the car parked about 50 meters away from the building. So I wanted to give a score of 5.0, but since the changed room was somewhat better, I am giving 6 points.

Before that, if the motel owner’s young and handsome son had understood my complaints of the AI translattion well and apologized , which I wish had happened... But he is not a bad person. Actually, he seems like a good person but doesn’t speak English at all and lacks understanding of foreign cultures.

The staff and owner are part of a system of multiple motels attached together, sitting on the street courting local couples and guiding them. After I checked in with my wife and child and went out and came back, I asked about the parking spot from inside the car. At that moment, maybe because they recognized me, six people sitting on the street were talking about me, and as I parked and entered, those six people kept staring at me.

Then, one person from the motel opposite shouted to come to their motel, and the six people from both motels started making strange jokes in Vietnamese among themselves, giggling and continuously laughing. Are they trying to befriend a foreign guest who doesn’t speak Vietnamese in front of an accommodation ? I like Vietnam, but sometimes the overly friendly behavior is uncomfortable.

Basically, talking about other people is rude, but it would make a better motel if they kept some distance from guests
