Great Location and Facilities
Pros:

What I liked most about the property was the room itself — it was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The beachfront location is also a big plus, offering a great setting (even though the weather during my stay wasn’t ideal).

I also truly appreciated the staff. They were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help, doing their best despite the challenges the property was facing at the time. Their positive attitude definitely contributed to making the stay enjoyable.

Cons:

The main issue during my stay was the water supply problem. I was informed upon arrival that there had already been no water for two days, and unfortunately the issue continued for another two days while I was there. Having to wash using a tank filled with swimming pool water was quite inconvenient and not what you expect when booking accommodation.

I also felt that the overall organization and communication could be improved, particularly in managing and proactively informing guests about operational issues. With better coordination and infrastructure reliability, the experience would have been significantly better.

We will be back
Pros:

The staff was supper accomodating and ensured our stay was comfortable and provided the attention to detail for all the members of my family. Location is perfect right in front of cloud 9 it is peaceful and tranquil away from the busy part of General Luna. Rooms are spacious especially for the location. A special thank you to the staff for putting together a boodle fight spread after picking up fresh fish from the markets

Cons:

The property does show wear and tear but also adds to the charm and experience of island life. If you are not spending all your time at the hotel you can look beyond this and experience the hotel staff hospitality. Massage and laundry service are next door, awesome BBQ place across the road and walking distance to the surf school and Cloud 9 pier!

Perfect location with helpful staffs and manager but water pressure is really weak.
Pros:

Mattress and pillows are good. Staffs and manager are very helpful.

Cons:

The water pressure is weak. When it rained, water was at our bathroom floor. There were many cats at dining area. Some cats would go up the table and some would go to your legs.

Good place to stay, we would go there again
Pros:

Location was very good right in the heart of Cloud 9, perfect to surf and if you want to escape all the noise and crowds of General Luna, which is still very easy to reach by only 10min scooter ride. The owner and the staff were very nice and always there to help, service a bit slow but overall nothing to complain about. The villa was clean, spacious and the decoration minimal but nice.

Cons:

The only down side might be the breakfast, could be improved, but there are many spots around where to have breakfast and all walking distance if you need

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté d’une plage absolument magnifique. Les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses, et le petit-déjeuner est excellent (mention spéciale pour les granola bowls, les fruits et le miel).

Le personnel est tout simplement adorable : attentionné, très réactif et toujours aux petits soins. Nous avions un problème avec l'eau chaude qui a été corrigé.

Après avoir été déçus par un autre logement, nous sommes revenus ici tant nous avions apprécié l’accueil, ce qui est particulièrement précieux pour des voyageurs après plusieurs mois de route.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et tous nos encouragements pour la suite !

Pros:

Tout ! L’emplacement exceptionnel, la gentillesse de Kevin qui a été extrêmement serviable pendant notre séjour et d’une grand aide. La petite villa est vraiment très propre et ils passent faire un petit ménage sans que vous ne le demandiez.

It was exactly what I had hoped for from a resort located on a surf destination!
Pros:

We loved our spacious room and the staff was always available to accommodate our surfing schedule and even helped plan a couple boat trips for us to see unique surfing locations! We loved the breakfast and coffee every morning also.

Quiet and reserved stay at an oceanfront central location.
Pros:

Location is great, the villas are spacious with full amenity, the staff were attentive and caring to all needs. Especially Rey responded swiftly and kindly with all my requests needing a special praise.

Cons:

Outdoor shower was not functioning at the time I stayed. Swimming pool is not fancy in shape, size and build.

So well located for advanced surfing and amazing staff!
Pros:

Fantastic staff - Ray went above and beyond with his service and care for us!! He made sure we got everything we needed or requested and even helped us get a motorbike rental within the same hour and sorted an island tour for us. Also the place very well located and lovely breakfast every morning. Seconds away from the beach at Cloud 9 so very convenient and great options for restaurants nearby. Would 100% stay here again!
