Magnífico
Pros:

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno tipo bufé (con no muchas cosas, pero lo necesario para desayunar bien), personal muy muy amable y tanto la cama (cómoda) como el baño (buena presión de agua y muy limpio) excelentes.
Destacar sobre todo el personal, tanto de recepción como Teresa (desayuno), gente formidable

Modern hotel with a quite a few issues

Très bon pied à terre pour Mindelo. Au centre et proche de tout. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux servi sous forme de buffet. Personnel très sympathique et bon restaurant.

A varanda anunciada do quarto era para um saguão.
A sala de pequeno almoço dava para um saguão e ouvia-muito o barulho da cozinha.
A base de chuveiro estava suja (sarro).
Não tinha direito a água no quarto. Só pagando.
Arquitectura do hotel péssima, especialmente desenquadrada numa zona histórica de Mindelo.

L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre de Mindelo proche du port. La chambre est confortable et la salle de bains très correcte. La personne à l'accueil est très sympathique.

Un bon séjour malgré les petits incidents.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très varié, excellent . L'emplacement central est idéal, à proximité des magasins, des restaurants et du port où l'on peut se rendre à pied pour aller sur l'île de Santo Antao . Les chambres sont calmes, propres, et fonctionnels

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié l'accueil à la réception de l'une des employées, aucune solution pour résoudre l'internet qui ne fonctionnait pas, ni aider à l'ouverture du coffre qui était bloqué. Refusant de prendre un billet sous prétexte d'une toute petite tache noire. Par contre une autre employée au service du petit déjeuner a été formidable et d'un grand secours, elle a résolu le problème d'internet et du coffre le lendemain matin avec gentillesse.
