Hotel bueno, pero cuidado con las pertenecias

El hotel estaba limpio y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Desgraciadamente, desapareció el power bank de la caja fuerte. El último día. Esto, en lugares como Cuba i otros parecidos, ocurre por desgracia. Hay que tener mucho cuidado con las pertenencias. No dejar nada valioso dentro. Además, pedimos las facturas. Nos dijeron que nos las iban a mandar al correo electrónico. Nunca han llegado a pesar de volver a solicitarlas. Todo un poco decepcionante. Van por muy mal camino hacia el turismo. Pena

Pratique pour une nuit à Mindello
Pros:

Etablissement situé en centre ville proche de tout, donnant sur ne petite place plutôt calme. Propreté de la chambre, grand lit, grande douche, sèche cheveux, shampoing et savon fournis

Cons:

Petit déjeuner servi au -1 dans un espace clos, sonore et étroit. Bon petit déjeuner avec des oeufs au plat (miroir) pour une fois.

Spacious and clean room, but issues with functionality and noise
Pros:

We chose this hotel for its excellent location, but our stay was marked by a few inconveniences that affected our rest.
​The Positives:
​Prime Location: Perfectly situated—only a 10-minute walk to the beach and just 6 minutes from the ferry terminal, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
​Spotless Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated.
​Space: The room itself was very large and spacious.
​Breakfast: Acceptable, with enough options to start the day ( mainly sweets, but eggs and cheese available)

Cons:

Room Layout: Despite the size, we had an issue with the sleeping arrangements. The sofa in the room was not a sofa bed (non-extensible), so our child couldn't sleep on it.
​Bathroom Design: Take note that the shower has no door and is integrated into the main room area. Only the toilet is in a separate small cubicle. This "open" concept might be awkward for families.
​Nighttime Noise: One night from two there was a loud party that lasted until 4 AM. Although we thought it was inside the hotel, reception told us it was coming from a neighboring hotel. Either way, the soundproofing was poor, and we had to wake up at 6 AM for the ferry completely exhausted.
​Summary: An excellent location for transit or beach goers, provided you don't need an extra bed and hope for a quiet night.

Die Lage ist angenehm und recht zentral. Alles gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Hatte eine Suite gebucht. Grosses Zimmer, aber keine besondere Ausstattung. Wasserkocher und Lampen konnten nicht oder nur auf dem Boden benutzt werden. Es wurde kein Mehrfachstecker gefunden.
Dusche ist gross, aber das Wasser läuft trotzdem ins Badezimmer.
Das nächste Mal doch nur ein normales Zimmer

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but a Very Disappointing Room
Pros:

The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, which made interactions pleasant throughout the stay. The location is also a strong point, convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. The window glass was frosted, so there was no real view unless we opened it to look onto an internal patio. The shower drain was almost clogged, making showers uncomfortable. Worst of all, the room was not connected to the main hotel building, so going to breakfast meant walking out to the street and re-entering the main building, which was quite inconvenient.

Pros:

Alles bestens, super Lage, großes Zimmer (hatte Suite), war auch alles sehr sauber. Ganz freundliche Rezeption! Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber!

Cons:

Frühstück hätte besser/umfangreicher bzw. schöner angerichtet sein. Die vielen Kuchen hätte es so nicht gebraucht. Bin dann immer ins Mi-Cafe frühstücken--> hervorragend!
